When reserving it was not clear that things would close down once out of peak season. Water was shut off during stay and was down for key times for showers and morning routines

I couldn’t check in and didn’t get a folder or cabin assignment. I had to hopefully find my right cabin. Also, water was turned off until 1:00 pm.

Great camp ground clean and well taken care of. The only issue we had was. The area that sells food closes at 7 but stops selling food at 6, should definitely have that labeled somewhere. There was some upset people in there due to this.

Inside cabin was great. Outside porch and furniture was very dusty and dirty. The barbecue had caked on food. Golf cart again this year would not charge due to electrical outlet outside had no power however Dave and Lucas were amazing and took care of restoring power to the outlet. Staff drove entirely too fast kicking up dust while we tried to eat and enjoy sitting outside. We also were missing a TV remote to the bedroom TV.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Plus my campsight was located in a very natural wooded setting WITHOUT BRIGHT LIGHTS everywhere all night long. I slept so well.

It is a nice campground with a lot of amenities, but the roads are very narrow and there are a lot of trees which makes it a bit difficult to navigate. Our RV is only 26' long and it was tight.

Staying during the week in off season, I expected it to be a quiet but EVERYTHING was closed. Camp store, ice cream shop, even the laundry room. Had to wait quite a bit to check in to a site that was partially flooded when there were so many other open sites that we could have been assigned added to the frustration. We ended up leaving a day early because it just wasn’t enjoyable. We’ve been during season before and that was great. If we paid 40-50 night for this experience, it wouldn’t have bothered me - but when you pay almost $100 night for a basic gravel site, you expect more in available services and amenities.
