What a beautiful park! The cabin was wonderful! Loved the pool, lazy river, and water slides. Only negative is the Canteen at the pool. Service was super slow and the employees seemed to have no sense of basic math or customer service knowledge.

Overall a good stay. Great activities for children, and the camp ground is well kept. However, I am removing one star because the first two nights we did not have hot water. We contacted maintenance and left a voicemail however we did not receive a call back. Once we went to the registration office, maintenance came immediately and resolved the issue. Just not fun when you go to take a shower at night and don’t have hot water, you pay a lot of money to stay here.

We have been going to Jellystone ever since my oldest was 3. She’s 12 now! 3 times we have gone to the Maryland one and this time will most likely be our last. What a dump! Our cabin bathroom door wouldn't lock or even stay closed and we had 8 people! They ran out of cheese for pizza Saturday about noon and still didn’t have any by closing. They stop serving food 2 hours before the Canteen even closes. Only for the next day they opened late! They were talking about a customer loudly who had apparently gotten frustrated with them and even laughed about her. They ran out of ice cream flavors. With the fun pass they have dropped the price range on what u can get on the pottery painting. The key chain activity the activity people didn’t even know how it was going to work. The movie theatre was broke. I paid for the boo boo boot camp and they let kids run up and down it instead of making sure rules are being followed so as my toddler was going kids were climbing over top of where she was. We paid a lot of money to sleep in a cabin of 8 and this trip was awful!!! Save your money

I had a great time. The water park with the lazy river was extremely fun, camp store was convient, had ice cream shop and food selection was was neat. Golf carts available so you don't have to walk to all the amenities or if you want to carry a lot of things or people. I also was glad to have the tent on a deck kept me off the ground very spacious and made it easier when I set my tent up. I would definitely come back

The park was super easy to navigate. There was a lot of fun stuff to do, although it is very expensive. The staff was absolutely incredible. I was very impressed with the way we were treated. They all worked very hard to show us a good time. In particular, The lifeguards at the pool treated the children with respect and had fun with them. Especially the guys. My Grandkids and I had so much fun. It was one of the most memorable vacations I’ve ever had with them. Thank you for such a wonderful time and treating us So nice. It was worth every penny.

The location, activities, and staff were great! However, I had three major issues with the people camping there in two days. The first was hearing racial slurs right beside me and my nephew from children also in the pool chasing each other and the one chasing calling the other “Black American monkey”. The camp staff was apologetic and quickly addressed the issue. Second issue came from a Caucasian woman camper approaching and yelling at my 8 year old nephew directly thinking he was threatening one of her children while playing on the jumping pillow. I monitored the whole incident (because I am dutifully watching all of the children) and she mistook the word “chase” he said for “kick”. I addressed that directly. The third, and most concerning issue, was an attempted break in of my friends car on Sunday parked since Friday at our camping spot cabin #34. This happed the morning we were going to leave. Someone tried the slide the window off track and it appeared tampered with leaving fingerprints around the window frame. The window fell into the door as my friend was trying to leave that morning. I reported it to the camp staff. The manager on site was apologetic and said nothing like that has happened since he’s been there. My friends dealership said when they fixed the window there were hand prints on it as if someone pressed it and tried to push it down. But luckily safety feature of her car is the internal light comes on when that happens so it most likely scared the thief away. So if you are a minority — really consider the camping population at the Williamsport, MD location. Not all were bad but enough to make me not come back.
