Zooland Family Campground — Reviews

Love the work that is being done to the campground. Glad volunteers stepped up to work the slide. Very much appreciated. Internet was insufficient and could use an upgrade especially for working families.

We had a great time at this camp! Check in was super smooth and the service was great! My kids loved all the activities and pedal cars, and even when the movie had technical difficulties, the staff worked quickly to resolve it! Our site was clean and level and easy to navigate. We just got home today and already booked 2 more stays! Some constructive feedback would be not having the designated smoking area so close to the playground and other activities, and the food truck generator running all day made it difficult to sit in the fire pit area and relax.

Great store, friendly staff, wonderful amenities! The only negatives were the sites were a bit tight in our section, cell phone service was almost non-existent, and WiFi was unstable even with a supplementary satellite plan. Perfect campground for disconnecting but problematic if working remotely and stable phone and WiFi are needed. FYI: we were a group of 3 campers all with different phone and WiFi provider services. Only one was able to get enough service to connect to WiFi but was dropped frequently. We thought perhaps the connection issues was due to the high demand of a holiday weekend but the issues persisted after the park cleared out.

The campground is very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is amazing! We camp a lot and this is now my new favorite spot!

The staff was friendly ! Park was clean and maintained. Lots to do for the family during the day and when quiet hours hit it is so peaceful ! 7 minutes to the zoo. We will definitely be returning.

Everything was good except the restrooms. They were dirty compared to other times i have been there

Campgrounds were clean. Very quiet and peaceful. Kids had a great time with all the activities that were there to do. We will definitely be back for another visit soon

The events were fun! It was super kid friendly- family friendly.

Somewhat disappointed, pool and slide were both closed. The lower price camp spots much nicer than sites with sewage hookup. If you are going for a weekend, pay a lot less and use the dump station. Bathrooms and showers are very nice and clean.

Zooland is kept extremely clean from the property, bath houses, as well as the camp spots. We enjoyed the trails and dog park. It was a quiet and peaceful stay Sunday until Friday! Thanks so much for having such a nice campground! We intend to book another trip to Zooland!

Staff was great. Came out and brought smores for the big fire pit. We had a blast. Will definitely be back

The staff was excellent. From the time we checked in in the middle of a snow storm until we checked out to move into our new home. Anything we needed they were right there. The laundry/showerhouse was very nice and kept clean. A lot of things for the grandkids to do around the facility. Would recommend Zooland rv park to anyone for a nice getaway or a permanent place to stay.
