Turquoise Trail Campground Park Rules and Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

2 days or more cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund minus $10 cancellation fee
1 day or less cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund forfeited

Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and out of all buildings, except for service dogs. It is critical to clean up after your pet everywhere within the park. Do not leave your pet unattended. Continuous barking may be grounds for terminating your stay.

Camping: No Car Camping allowed. Occupy, and traverse through only the campsite you are assigned. No trimming or cutting of trees or vegetation. Use low, downward directed lighting to preserve our night sky. Please keep your site clean and tidy. Management reserves the right to change and make final assignment of all sites.

Parking: Park only in designated areas. Do not park on tent pads, in grassy, natural areas, or unattended sites. Additional vehicles must check in at the Front Desk.

Hiking: Use of our easement to the National Forest requires information provided at the Front Desk. Unauthorized and misuse of the easement will result in termination of a camper's stay without refund.

Garbage: Please place garbage in tied, plastic bags in one of our dumpsters. We do not offer trash pickup, please do not leave your trash outside your site. We charge a clean-up fee of $25 for garbage or dog waste left behind at your site.

Vehicle Care: Please no washing, oil changing, or repairs.

Personal Conduct: You are responsible for your actions and the actions of your children and pets. Disturbance, nuisance, and conduct unbecoming to all other guests will not be tolerated.

Management: Assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to property of campers due to fire, theft, accident, or other causes.

TURQUOISE TRAIL CAMPGROUND WAIVER:

By approving this email, I agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and Waiver for Turquoise Trail Campground & RV Park.

I understand the rules and rental conditions upon which I am renting accommodations, equipment, and using the rest of the associated property. The sole responsibility for my safety lies with me. In agreeing to this, I acknowledge that outdoor activities and exposure to the natural elements and animals can be dangerous and sometimes result in injury and even death. Alcohol and/or drugs do not mix safely with any outdoor activity.

I certify that I am over the age of 18 (and I assume responsibility for those in my charge under the age of 18). I hereby assume all legal responsibility for bodily injury to myself or any other person and/or property as a result of my visit to Turquoise Trail Campground & RV Park and use, operation or possession of equipment hired or loaned to me. Acknowledging this, I accept complete responsibility for myself and the minor children in my charge and visit Turquoise Trail Campground & RV Park and associated properties and engage in activities at Turquoise Trail Campground & RV Park at my own risk.

I will abide by the rules and accept the rental conditions:

The property I rent will be returned in the same condition in which it was rented and I will be responsible for all damage or loss that occurs during my rental period.
I agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Turquoise Trail Campground & RV Park and its directors and officers, against all loss, damage, expense and penalty on account of personal injury or property damage to the undersigned or to any minor child or children in the charge of the undersigned, howsoever rising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees or animals of the said company or not.
I acknowledge receipt of the property in good order and condition and futher agree that Turquoise Trail Campground & RV Park and its directors, officers, and staff shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind or nature from whatever the arising, whether property or equipment is loaned or rented.
I enter into this agreement freely with Turquose Trail Campground & RV Park at my own risk, acknowledging that risk is inherent in outdoor activities and assume all responsbility for myself and the minor children in my charge.
All parties agree to, and will comply with, Federal, State, and County pollution laws, and any other applicable laws and regulations.
