Our seasonal rate is $4,205: this includes water, grey water, high speed wifi, and 14 black water pump outs - electricity is metered and billed monthly per site. Our season begins May 1st and ends October 31st. Seasonal rates do include winter storage. The monthly sites include water, grey water, high speed wi-fi, and electricity up to 200 kWh per month. Black water pump outs can be purchased for $25 each and happen on Tuesdays. Alternatively, you can use our dump station which is included. Monthly rates are $1,000 for 30 AMP or $1,200 for 50 AMP.
