Come and relax in our 32 foot travel trailer for rent! The sleeping accommodations include: A queen mattress in the rear bedroom Fold-out couch that can sleep 2 2 Twin size air mattresses with included air pumps The remodeled interior will keep you cozy during your stay The kitchen features a 3 burner cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and microwave The living room features a 40" TV with DVD player Book today and enjoy a stay near beautiful Lake Champlain without the hassles of towing a camper or setup and teardown! Note: Linens are not included, please bring your own linens for the camper. The rear bedroom is queen size, the air mattresses are twin size. The fold down couch is approximately full bed size when laid flat.

Premium Lakeview campsites, steps away from Lake Champlain. Enjoy a short walk to a waterfront deck for morning coffee or sunsets, or take a few more steps down to the water for fishing. A1: Pull Through, parallel with the Lake A2: Back-in Site tucked above and behind A1, parallel with the Lake A3 - A6: Back-in sites perpendicular to the lake

Lodging

Our Rustic Lean To sites are the ultimate outdoor camping experience. Each Lean To features a full size platform and twin sized bunk platforms. *NEW* for 2022: Lean-to's now have 30 and 20 amp power, and water connections! The private, secluded sites will let you be one with nature, have an included fire ring, and each lean to features a deck. The front wall of each lean to is screened with a screen door to keep some of the nature outside. These units book quickly especially for fishing tournament and holiday weekends to reserve yours early!

RV

These sites have a little more room to stretch out. The open grassy area in the back of the campground is near the edge of hospital creek, with scenic nature views All sites except T10, T11, T12 feature 30 amp power and a water connection. These sites do not have sewer connections, but we do have a dump station and a honey wagon service is available. T10, T11, T12 have 20 amp power and water connections. All sites also have a fire ring and picnic table.

Tent

Spacious sites in the quiet rear of the campground, near Hospital Creek. These sites feature 20 amp power, capable of running portable fans, small air conditioners, etc. These sites are spacious but the natural hilly grass makes them suited to tent camping or RV rigs. Long rigs will have a difficult time leveling in this natural terrain. A short path takes you to the bath house, fishing is nearby, and the stars and sunsets are amazing.

RV

These full hookup sites are close to bath house and showers, the swingset, and the pool. They are setup parallel to the road and feature 30 amp power, water and sewer hookup. Each site has a picnic table, fire ring. These are small sites intended for a tent or a small pop-up camper size.
