I had what I considered to best the best spot in the park, Site 86. It was on the backside of the park and was a large site. I did not have any problems with leveling at all. It butted up against Hospital Creek, which was a non-moving body of water with lots of plant life and algae, so don't forget your bug spray. Communication with staff is better done through phone as I never did see anyone in the actual office. At least 70% of the park was seasonal/permanent, but that didn't really bother me and everyone was quiet and respectful. You are less than a mile from Champlain Bridge, which crosses into New York State with some nice historical markers you can visit, such as the Champlain Lighthouse. All in all, it was a very nice, peaceful stay and I would stay there again.

Because I was to closed to the other the spot with park was so tiny people driving a car with the music very loud earlier morning,went I go camping I would like to be in a peaceful environment,I don't want to be like I am in the city of New York like the Bronx.

Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of space on the site for my 35foot fifth wheel. Wifi is great but not free and is per device. Price was good and the bass fishing was better!

Gorgeous view of the lake and mountains from our site. Unfortunately, there are a lot of seasonal sites that are unkept and unappealing. Our site was also a challenge to get into with a pond directly across from us that had me white knuckling it while using 4 wheel drive to back the rig up the site.

It was very easy to find our camp site and the park manager was very nice. It was quiet at sundown. Shower was very good. View of the Lake and Mountains was awesome! We were visiting friends and they found us quite easily for some morning coffee.

We booked at 10 Acres for a long weekend to view the eclipse and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, bathrooms clean and functional. All good.

We had a great site! The person who checked us in was very helpful! The space was easy to walk around with a cute Dock across the street. The bathrooms were very clean. The wifi was a little slow in our corner but we did not need much. Thanks so much!!! PS - from our site we got to watch 2 Ospreys catch fish DURING the eclipse and as well as a great blue heron fly by and a Beaver swim across. So very cool!!!
