York County's Allison Creek Park is a 160-acre park located on the shores of Lake Wylie.

Offering guests a wide variety of day use recreational opportunities including; 4 boat ramps, a kayak/canoe launch, a fishing dock, 4 miles of trails, a playground, and picnic shelters. Fun is available all around!

The newly established campground has 33 full hook-up RV campsites and 16 primitive tent sites that can be booked for overnight stays in the park.

    Allison Creek Park's primitive tent sites are only accessible by foot. Vehicles and/or trailers are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on primitive tent sites. Truck tents of any variety are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on primitive tent sites. Vehicles are PROHIBITED on the trails leading to the primitive tent sites. There is a designated parking lot for primitive tent campers. We would recommend bringing a small cart or wagon to haul items from your vehicle to your assigned tent site.

    Friendly staff, extremely clean, overall a top notch campground/park. Hiking trails are well maintained. We stayed on Site 22 which did have a significant slope causing some leveling issues with our 35’ motor coach. The majority of the sites appear level. I would definitely recommend.

    Fantastic friendly staff. Very large sites and beautiful scenery anong with quiet and peaceful atmosphere. This park has some awesome riding trails! My wife and I had an absolute blast riding the trails on our electric trikes! We will be back for sure!!
