Rated4.0out of 5Great!
We were only there one night so didn’t get to explore much. I didn’t realize that there was a cutoff for check-in time but luckily found someone at the gate to help us. The site itself was flat and good-sized but was next to a very bright street light. Very quiet in the evening.

Campground appears fairly new therefore clean and well maintained. We saw lots of deer, very entertaining! Site (18) is fairly unlevel.

It was very cold for SC (15 degrees), yet the park held up well. Professional and friendly staff. We look forward to our next visit in warmer weather.

Nice large campsites with paved parking was great. Also liked that there was space between campsites. Awesome walking trails. We had a great time even though it was really cold!

Spacious sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained single shower houses for privacy was nice to use. Full hook up. Looking foward to return in the summer months with my boat at the revamped boat launch.
