Rated5.0out of 5Fantastic!
Loved the campground. It was beautiful and the dogs lived the grass.

Always enjoy staying there. Dan was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to make our stay even more enjoyable. Looking forward to our next visit.

Clean campsite. Pretty surroundings. Convenient location for my work in Chico. Easy check in. Only downside is being charged for utilities for a two-night stay. Build into rate.

Easy access to the park, local restaurants and shops. Management was awesome and when we had an issue they were on top of! Highly recommend Almond Tree RV park

The hookups worked well and the site was clean and safe with some tree shade. The bathrooms were really nice. The price seemed on the high side.

Staff was great. Bathrooms and pool clean. The grounds could use some maintenance. Cleaning the patio furniture. Fix the fences. General maintenance. We will definitely be back.

I have stayed at this park many times in the past. It is not fancy but convenient for a 1 -2 night stay. It is always clean and well maintained. It is under new ownership and the host is a very informative and friendly guy. One thing that is a little unusual for RV parks is that you will get a separate bill for the electricity you use (it appeared on my credit card a few days later). Each site has a meter. Usually, all of that is covered in your nightly rate for full hook-ups. My electricity charge ended up being around $9.00 for one night stay. The nightly rate for full hook-ups was $68.00, so I basically paid $77.00 for one night, which is not totally unreasonable for the area.

Didn't have q warning that the office would be closed before we got there. Didn't get an email with bathroom and pool codes. Had to ask another camper for info.

No one there to check us in on a Sunday before 5PM. Laundry and pool all locked up. No maps or access codes taped to the door.
