1. I called Almond Tree directly to reserve and no one answered the phone. I left 3 msgs. I did not receive a call back for hours. By that time I had reserved through Campspot and was charged an $8.00 booking fee. 2. Arrived at Almond Tree and there was no electricity. And electrician was called and arrived a few hours later. 3. Later the same day there was water line trouble and the water was turned off for a few hours. 4. We paid an electric bill on top of the park fee. Electric meter set up is for long term park residents, not over night or 2-4 night guests. We have camped at Almond Tree for many years. We will NOT be coming back.
