Almond Tree RV Park — Reviews

Rated5.0out of 5Fantastic!
Great place good atmosphere for families. My granddaughter loves the place. Loves the pool. It was our first place that we went to and we bought our trailer. I love it and I'll be back every summer I promise

Beautiful grounds. Nice roads and concrete sites. Power was inexpensive. Laundry is Internet based. I was not given any written information about codes when I checked in.

We have stayed here many times over the last 7 years. It is a nice park but unfortunately since now owned by a corporation the price is never consistent. Ranging $60 to the most recent $158 a night. They increased the rates for Chico State graduation. That rate doesn’t include electricity, separate charge for that as well. Really disappointed is what’s becoming of this small towns only rv park.

I was able to make a reservation online at Campspot and received my AAA discount. I was also able to choose and received my preferred site. Then I called the RV park to add an extra day. The park is clean, quiet, and conveniently located to the highway and services like groceries and gas, and just a few miles from downtown Chico.

It's a very clean RV park. The pool is nice although we didn't use it this trip. It was too cold. They have a nice community room, bathroom as well. We come to the RV park to visit our daughter and grandkids mostly in the summer when we do get to use the pool. We plan on repeat trips in the future!

Shouldn't have to pay for power as an extra charge unless your staying a whole month, and more like permanent resident.

Almond Tree is always so clean and quiet. This has been a wonderful spot for us as we have been able to visit our Chico State student.

The water was not working when we arrived making difficulties for events we had to attend. No credit for missing water but additional charge for power. You really don’t want any customers do you? We won’t be back.
