Cancellation Policy

You can move reservation dates up to 2 times. First move is free, 2nd move has a $15 edit fee. This does NOT include adding days to existing stays.

No Partial Cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival. Partial cancellations means shortening your stay.

Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival - Reservations of 14 days or less: $50 cancellation fee. Rest of deposit is refunded. Reservations LONGER than 2 weeks = $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 30 - 14 days before arrival - cancellation fee = 1 night fee.

For reservations longer than 2 weeks there is no refund within 1 month of arrival. 

Within 2 weeks of arrival - NO REFUNDS EVEN IF PAID IN FULL. 

Cancellations due to illness, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters are subject to manager discretion. User credits or partial refunds may be offered.
