Terms & Conditions

1.       Pet Policy:

We are a pet friendly RV park and have many amenities for your pets as well. Please be a responsible and considerate pet owner or you will be asked to leave with no refunds. 

  • Limit 3 dogs per site, effective January 1, 2026. Arriving with more than 3 dogs per site is cause for removal from the park with NO REFUND or an extra pet fee of $50.

  • Pets must be leashed at all times unless you are in the OFF LEASH dog park. Please do not keep dogs leashed in the dog park as it creates problems. If we have to ask you multiple times to put your dog on a leash outside the dog park, you will be asked to leave with no refunds. 

  • Please do not leave your pet outside unattended or tied to trees.

  • Please, pick up after your pets immediately. There are pet stations all around the park - use them! If you are observed leaving pet waste anywhere (including in the dog park) you will be subject to clean up fees & potentially asked to leave.

  • Pets are not allowed in pool area.

  • You will be asked to leave the park if your dog disturbs other guests, you do not pick up after them, or displays aggressive behavior.

  • If you plan to leave for the day, we encourage you to take advantage of our pet walking service. Check with the office to make arrangements.

2.       Your Rig

  • Rig type (fifth wheel, motorhome, travel trailer, etc) and length of rig must match reservation. Do not include tow vehicles in measurements. 

  • We cannot accommodate cargo/box/vehicle trailers over 16' and have limited parking for extra vehicles and trailers. Please notify us in advance if you have any of the above. Your reservation covers 2 adults, 1 rig/trailer/5th wheel, plus ONE vehicle. Extra motorized vehicles and trailers will be charged per day.

    IMPORTANT: We cannot accommodate RV's towing additional flat bed, stacker or box trailers over 16' and have limited parking for extra vehicles, motorcycles, trailers.  Please notify us upon receiving this email if you have any of the above. If you arrive with a tow trailer larger than 16' w/out prior arrangement, you will be turned away with no refund. We do not have space to accomodate these lenths. 

  • We ask that you please turn off outdoor light bars and LED's after 930pm. They're very bright and we enjoy our Dark Park and night skies, as well as sleeping with the windows open. 

  • NO SKOOLIES or CAR CAMPING. YOU MUST HAVE AN RVIA STICKER. 

  • Arriving with a rig that is different/incorrect length could invalidate your reservation with no refunds provided.

  • Your rig must be fully self-contained w/ sink, toilet, and water tank in case we have to shut the water off or close the bathrooms. There will be no refunds for people choosing to leave early due to refusal to use your own toilet during emergency closures of bathrooms. (This happens more than you'd think).

  • Most of our sites are 30 OR 50 amp, not both. This is why we have size minimums on sites. All premium sites (1 - 30), Big Rig & Deluxe (A - Q) are 50 amps ONLY. 

 

3.       Arrivals

  • Check-in is at 1pm. Early check-ins are subject to site availability and must be pre-arranged. Early check in is $25. 

  • Late check in is from 6pm-8pm. 

  • You must arrive for check-in no later than 8pm. Arriving after 8pm without previous arrangements will be subject to cancellation with no refund. We are a very dark park and arriving late disrupts everyone around you as well as increases the risk of hitting something and damaging our infrastructure. 

4.       Departures

  • Check out is BY 11am

  • There will be a $25 charge for every 15 minutes past 11am 

  • If you are having issues departing on time for any reason please let the front office know to avoid additional charges. 

5.        Bathrooms & Facilities

  • Bathrooms & Laundry are open all day & night except for DAILY closures for cleaning. Please plan around this. 

  • Please take care of the facilities as though they were your own space. There are no maids or mommys here so please respect the space and have consideration for those using it after you. 

  • Bathrooms & laundry are subject to closures for repairs, water issues, etc. with no notice which is why you must be fully self-contained. 

6.         Split Reservations/Moves/Back to Back Bookings 

  • Reservations that are split between sites or booked back-to-back, online, over the phone or in person -  you MUST remain in the park between 9-11am on the day of your move until an escort can lead you to your new site. Plan accordingly. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not make other plans on the day you need to move sites. We do not have a staging or holding area in the campground.

  1. Reservation Changes/Early Departures
    Deposit requirements vary based on length of reservation. Please see refund policy for full breakdown.

  • There are NO REFUNDS for early departures. Any refunds issued will be at the sole discretion of management

  • NO PARTIAL CANCELLATIONS within 1 WEEK of arrival. This means you cannot shorten your reservation within 1 week of arrival. Whether paid in full o rnot, you are responsible for the full balance of your booking dates.

Cancellations made 30 - 14 days before arrival - cancellation fee = 1 night fee.

For reservations longer than 2 weeks there is no refund within 1 month of arrival. 

Within 2 weeks of arrival - NO REFUNDS EVEN IF PAID IN FULL.
