Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due at the time of booking for all short-term RV, and cottage reservations.

RV Sites

Reservations canceled 30 or more days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund of the reservation amount, less a $75 cancellation fee.

Reservations canceled 7 to 29 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the reservation amount.

Reservations canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the full reservation amount.

Monthly RV Reservations: A reservation deposit equal to one month's site fee is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled.

Cottages

Reservations canceled 30 or more days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund of the reservation amount, less a $125 cancellation fee.

Reservations canceled 7 to 29 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the reservation amount.

Reservations canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the full reservation amount.

Reservation Credits

Reservation credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to unforeseen circumstances. If you believe your situation may qualify, please email Info@AlsatianResort.com before your scheduled arrival.

Additional Information

No refunds or reservation credits will be issued for early departures, no-shows, weather, road conditions, or changes in travel plans.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing by emailing Info@AlsatianResort.com.
