It was quiet and exactly what we needed for the family that showed up. Easy access.

I always have a nice time staying here, the weather was great, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. For example, they thought they had not delivered wood to me (they did) and offered me my money back before I packed up to leave. (which i refused because they did deliver it). Highly recommended as a home base for visiting Bishop Castle or spending the day by Lake Isabel.

The staff was very friendly. The sites were spread out fairly well with nice views and just the right amount of trees. Aspen Acres is close to San Isabel Lake and other nice hiking trails. The recreation center was a big hit with our group, especially the ping pong table. And they filled our propane tanks for a fair price. All in all a very enjoyable four days.

Everything went great, except for their internet connection.

MR Blue the manager and Noah. this camp ground was very cool place to visit. Wish I stayed long ,will do next time.

Aspen Acres is a wonderful getaway in the San Isabel Mountains. This lovely camp ground has a a little club house and store and a fabulous gated dog park. There are also cabins to rent. The owners Michael and Jamie are very accommodating and down to earth and take pride in their camp grounds.

Wonderful spot in the trees, beautiful mountains, 4 minutes to Lake Isabel with lots of hiking. New owners and they are fabulous!!

Nice place for quick weekend trip. Property is very pretty just a little too close to the highway. Otherwise pretty nice

Wonderful campground! Very clean, peaceful, great views and roomy sites. Not to mention the incredible staff! Our motorhome overheated and they offered to help right away, saving possibly our entire trip! Thanks to Blue and everyone up at Aspen! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful surroundings, clean campground, friendly people!

Beautiful surroundings, not far from lake, Bishops Castle, and multiple hiking trails. Tent site had both water and electricity and close to flushing toilets. Though sites are also close to each other as well. Clean facility and easy check-in. The people working were proactively kind and helpful but not intrusive. We really appreciated the full kitchen for use at the clubhouse (as we realized we forgot critical cooking components). Would go again, it was a wonderful time with family.

It's a great little campground tucked away on the side of a mountain. Spot 20 is definitely the best on the property if you can get it. The staff were very friendly and even helped me out when I had a flat. If we weren't moving out of state, would would definitely frequent this place.
