This cottage comes with two queen beds and one full size bed. The expansive windows face the 18th green located near the putting green and chiminea common area. Enjoy the spacious deck and bench on the side of the cottage.
The Hixson Cottage comes with a queen size bed downstairs in the bedroom, a queen size bed upstairs in the loft and a sofa sleeper in the living area. Amenities include a Full size refrigerator, a full size oven, range and microwave. The patio overlooks a beautiful view of the golf course, a great place to hang out with family and friends.
One-bedroom Cottage includes 2 beds and a loft with a bathroom and shower. We also include a full-size refrigerator, gas range, Keurig, microwave, two televisions, toaster, wi-fi, and all necessary towels and linens. The covered deck overlooks the #18 green and is located next to the chiminea common area. Watch the golfers finish their round or practice your putting on the nearby practice green.
Our most unique cottage is made from a shipping container. It has a large garage door that rolls up to welcome you to a partially covered deck that overlooks the 18th fairway. A total of 3 beds including a queen, twin, and queen hide-a-bed to sleep a total of 5. **Dorm size refrigerator-kitchenette only**
A modern take on shipping container living! The Mine cottage has one queen bed and a sleeper sofa, set up as a hotel room, with a kitchenette, a small refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop, and a microwave. It also has a deck that is half-covered, with comfortable patio furniture, and a beautiful view of our golf course. Private bathroom with pool towels included. There will be a non-refundable $25 pet fee, per dog. We have a 2-dog Maximum in the Cottage. Other restrictions may apply

All sites are full hookup with 30/50 amp service, a concrete pad, and complimentary wifi. River view sites are along the South Umpqua River. These provide easy access to river activities. In addition, site 62 is located on the #10 tee of the golf course.4 pool passes come with your stay during your booked time. Additional pool passes may be purchased from the RV office for $40 each. A limited number of these are available to ensure everyone in the Resort can enjoy this amenity.
You will have a front row seat watching golfers finish their round at Bar Run. The golf view sites are located along the 18th green and fairway. Sites 1 and 2 are next to the chiminea pavilion, while sites 6 and 8 offer close access to the golf view lawn which is a perfect spot for a picnic. *PHOTO IS OF SITE 8 ALL SITES IN THIS AREA ARE NEXT TO COTTAGES*. 4 pool passes come with your stay during your booked time. All sites are full hookup with 30/50 amp service, a concrete pad, and complimentary wifi. Sites 27 - 34 are for those who prefer easy access to the laundry, showers and fitness facility. Each site in this section offers a 10 x 20 turf patio area. Site 27 is across from the amphitheater and sites 30-31 are located next to the path dividing the east side. Sites 35 - 38 are on the corner of the east side these sites offer a 10 x 20 turf patio area. Sites 39 - 55 are centrally located in the east side. All of these sites include a 10 x 20 turf patio area. Sites 43, 44, 52, 53 are located on the path that services the laundry, shower and fitness facility and the golf shop. Water / Electric Basic Gravel Back-in. These sites are 55 feet long and that needs to include the vehicle towing it or you can have a 54 feet RV and park your vehicle in a stand-by area. Water and 30/50 amp power. No sewer. You can use our sewer tank upon departure to empty.

Sites 9 - 11 are located between the Chiminea Pavilion and the amphitheater. Close proximity to the golf shop means that check in and practice putting are just steps away. Sites 12 - 14 Back up to the amphitheater, these unique sites offer a 10 x 20 turf patio area. These are the only sites of this type on the west side. Sites 15 - 19 are in a location provides perfect access to the amphitheater path. End-site #19 is next to the amphitheater with a short walk to the fitness, shower and laundry facility. Sites 20 - 23 provide the most privacy on the west side. They back up to a stand of trees along the 16th green. This is an excellent space for afternoon shade on a late summer afternoon. Site 20 borders the golf view lawn and provides the perfect location for a picnic. Sites 24 - 26 are in a secluded area is next to the par 3 16th tee. Behind the site is a lawn that borders the tall fescue grass of the golf course. You will be watching golfers hit from the elevated tee. Sites 56 - 61 (PHOTO WITH WHITE TENT RIGHT SIDE) are the closest section to the golf shop for easy check-in. 4 pool passes come with your stay during your booked time. Additional pool passes may be purchased from the RV office for $40 each. A limited number of these are available to ensure everyone in the Resort can enjoy this amenity.
