          BAR RUN GOLF AND RV RESORT POLICIES

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES

You MUST have an RV to book an RV site.  Only one RV is allowed to be parked on any RV site.  Conversion vans must rent an RV site.  No tents are allowed to be pitched. All guests must sleep in their RV—no one is allowed to sleep in vehicles or outside their RV. 

COTTAGES

Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.  Two cottages are pet friendly, The Mine #6 and Cherry #3.   If there are pets in the other cottages, you will be charged a minimum of $250.   

CHECK-IN

Check-in for RVs is from 2:00 pm to 5 pm.  All guests must register at the office upon arrival. No one will be checked in and escorted after sunset or during inclement weather.

Check-in for Cottages is from 3:00 pm to closing.  All guests must register at the office upon arrival.

***If you expect to arrive later than closing, please contact the Resort Reservations Office before 4pm to make arrangements and discuss a late arrival procedure.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is at 11:00 AM for all RV sites and Cottages so that we can prepare for our next guests.  Cottage keys should be returned to the Reservations office at the time of check-out. If office is closed, please leave key in the wooden box to the left of the RV Office door in the cup.  Cottages requiring extra cleaning will be charged a $250 minimum cleaning fee.

All late check-outs require approval by the RV Reservations Office. Unapproved late departures can be subject to extra fee’s.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee*.  Non-refundable fees such as lock-in site, booking, etc. will not be refunded.

Cancellations made 2 to 14 days before the arrival date will be issued a camp credit in the amount of the original payment minus a 25% cancellation*.  Non-refundable fees such as lock-in site, booking, etc. will not be refunded. 

Cancellations made 1 day before or on the day of arrival are not refundable.  The entire deposit will be forfeited.

*Any refund for pre-check-in cancellations will be processed by the same method that the reservation was originally paid or a reservation credit may be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the original reservation dates.

N0-SHOWS

Any guest that has not arrived within 24 hours of posted sunset on the first day of their reservation and has not contacted the resort staff will be considered a canceled reservation and will forfeit their entire payment.

NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK-IN

There are no refunds after check-in. Refunds will not be given due to weather conditions, loss of power, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or noise from events, the quarry or our maintenance vehicles.  

POLICIES

Acceptance of our policies is mandatory.  Your reservation is not confirmed until you have completed this step.

CHILDREN

Children are the responsibility of their parents (and the registered guests they are visiting).  Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times, including using restroom facilities.  Children are not allowed on the golf course unless they are accompanied by an adult playing golf.  No one under the age of 18 is allowed to drive a golf cart. 

ELECTRICAL AND SEWER

You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using for your RV.  Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker.   

ERRANT GOLF BALLS

Bar Run Golf and RV Resort is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by errant golf balls.

FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS

Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in Bar Run Resort. 

GOLF COURSE

If you would like to golf at Bar Run, call the Golf Shop or drop by the Golf Desk and make a tee time.  Registered guests of Bar Run receive a 20% discount off the prime green fee rate of the day.  No discounts on twilight rates.  The golf course, putting green, cart paths, etc. are solely for the use of registered golfers.  No dogs on the golf course.  Do not walk, bicycle, etc.,

NOISE DISCLOSURE

Our Resort is adjacent to a gravel and golf course operation. As a result, truck traffic, heavy equipment, and other industrial activities may generate noise in early morning hours. In addition, the resort is connected to an active golf course where maintenance and ground activities are conducted to ensure course quality. Golf course maintenance vehicles and equipment may operate during early morning hours and throughout the day. While we strive to provide a relaxing enviroment, Guests understand and accept that noise associated with with these operations is a normal part of the area and does not constitute grounds for refunds or discounts.

GUEST BEHAVIOR

We reserve the right to ask a guest to vacate their site and property if there are continuing complaints, problems, excessive noise, or law enforcement requirements. 

LAUNDRY BUILDING—LAUNDRY  AND SHOWERS

The laundry building is open 24/7.  Contact the Reservations Office to get the code or check the site map given at check-in for code.

Be sure to handle your laundry promptly as a courtesy to other guests.  Laundry left in the washers and dryers is the responsibility of the owner. 

OCCUPANCY

The maximum number of registered guests allowed per site is 6.  If you exceed 6 due to having your own kids, please let us know. 

OPEN FIRES

Only propane fires are allowed at Bar Run—no wood fires are permitted.  All fires must be attended--be sure to extinguish them if you are leaving your site.  Do not put your propane fire pit on any artificial turf, place it on concrete.

PARKING OF RVS AND VEHICLES

Your RV and vehicle must be parked on your RV site.  Do not extend into the street and do not park on the grass. 

PETS

         Pets are the responsibility of the owner/guest.

         If your pet bites another guest or pet or causes damage to any property, you will be responsible for any cost associated with the situation and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

         Only three well-behaved pets are allowed at the RV Site.

         A maximum of 2 pets is allowed in pet friendly cottages.

       Resort Management reserves the right to reject the admittance of any pet.

         Pets are not to be left unattended outside at any time.

        Any perimeter fences must be on the concrete site and cannot be on any landscaping. 

·         All pets must wear a collar with the identification of the owner and phone number.

·         Pets must be on a non-retractable leash no longer than 6 feet and held by an owner age 18 or over.

·         Pets are not permitted in showers and bathrooms, and swimming pool/lazy river venue.

The golf course, putting green, cart paths, etc. are solely for the use of registered golfers.  Do not walk, bicycle, etc.,

We, at Bar Run, understand how important pets are.  To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay and to keep all guests and pets safe, please follow our rules.

POOL

Pool is open during our peak season, May through September. Pool bracelets will be assigned at check in time and will be required to enter the pool gate. On select days there will be a limited number of public pool passes available for purchase. When you are not using a tube, please place it back in the pool for others to use.  Please don't keep tubes at your chair.  Children’s water wings and lifejackets are permitted.  Beach towels are available for purchase in the RV office.  You are required to shower off prior to entering the pool.

RV reservations come with up to 4 pool bracelets and Cottage reservations come with 4-6 pool bracelets, depending on number of guests in cottage. These will be issued at time of check-in and are to be used for the length of stay. Additional bracelets may be purchased for an additional fee at time of check-in. Please contact the office if you have any questions about additional bracelets.

The swimming pool and lazy river schedule is subject to change due factors out of our control, such as county occupancy limits, hazardous air quality, biohazard-type incidents (body excrements, such as feces or vomiting), unexpected closures, breakdowns, or inclement weather and loss of power. The pool and lazy river will be evacuated during lightning and remain closed until at least thirty (30) minutes after the threat has passed.

Hot Tub will be open to use year-round. Hours may vary and will be given when you arrive. 

On select days The Nest bar area could be closed for a private event.  Please ask about hosting your own private event in The Nest.

Please do not use the Bar Run Golf Cart to go from your site to the Pool.

QUIET TIME

Keep music, noise, and chatter at an appropriate level throughout the day.  Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am--no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, etc.  

Events hosted by Bar Run can sometimes get loud. Events will be over by 10 pm each night when quiet time starts.

SHADE STRUCTURES

Shade structures are allowed if all sides are transparent and placed on the concrete pad not the grass.   They may not be used for sleeping. 

SITE APPEARANCE

Please keep your RV and Cottage site neat. 

SMOKING, ALCOHOL

·         Smoking is prohibited in all buildings, cottages, and structures in the Resort. 

·         Alcohol may be consumed on the Resort property as long as done responsibly.

 SPEED LIMIT

The Bar Run Golf and RV Resort speed limit is 10 mph, but FEEL FREE TO GO SLOWER!  It is for everyone’s safety—our children, our pets, our friends and family. 

TRASH DISPOSAL

Feel free to leave your garbage outside of your site or cottage and our outside services will pick it up around 10am. Garbage cans are conveniently located around the Resort.

VISITORS

Parking Permits are required for more than 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be parked in your RV site or Cottage driveway.  Contact Reservations before your visitors’ arrival to arrange for parking space assignment and to purchase the $10 parking permit.

WASHING of RVS AND VEHICLES

We all love CLEAN! Contact the Reservations Office to purchase a wash permit for a fee of $10.

WI-FI

Please enjoy our “Bar Run Guest” Wi-Fi Network. The password is BarRunGolf2022 And the password is case sensitive.

WHEELED AND MOTORIZED TOYS

Mini-bikes, go-carts, and remote-controlled toys may NOT be operated inside the Resort. Bicycles must be operated cautiously, and riders must obey the speed limit.  An adult must supervise minors while operating a bicycle or E-scooter in Bar Run Golf and RV Resort. The 10 MPH speed Limit needs to be followed. All kids must stay off the main road of travel. This is for your kids safety, Please keep an eye on them!

Booking Next Year

Guests on-site are able to book for next year for the same dates and the number of sites you had this year. We suggest you book during your check-in because RV sites are first come first serve.

 Rules and regulations are established so everyone can enjoy the resort.  Rule abuse may result in your leaving without a refund.
