Refund Policy

Rent Payments

·  Rent is refundable only when cancellation is made 14 or more days before the scheduled arrival date (see Cancellation Policy).

·  Rent is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, and for no-shows.

·  Once a stay has begun, all lot rent (daily, weekly, monthly) is non-refundable leaving early or shortening a stay does not qualify for a refund.

Deposits         

·  A $75 deposit is required for every monthly reservation.

·  Deposits are refundable, provided:

• A written request is sent to beachsidervp@gmail.com within 3 days of departure.

• A photo of the site left clean is attached to the request.

• The refund is approved by management.

Refund Method

·  All refunds are issued to the original card used for payment.

·  We do not issue refunds by check. If the original card is lost, cancelled, or no longer active, we cannot process the refund.
