Boulder Lake Lodge Resort LLC Rules

The purpose of these rules is to keep our resort clean, safe and enjoyable.

  1. Read and follow the instructions on the signage posted around the resort.
  2. A lease holder must accompany all guests and is responsible for their actions at the resort.
  3. The lease holder fine for the first occurrence of unaccompanied guest is $50.
  4. Large numbers of guests must be approved by management.
  5. Tree cutting, snow plowing and earth moving are not allowed without management approval.
  6. Storage sheds are to be plastic “Rubbermaid” or similar type products (100 sq ft or less).
  7. One storage shed per site, maintained in good condition, is allowed.
  8. No boats, kayaks or canoes are allowed to be left on the lake front grounds.
  9. Phone/cable/electric line routing must be approved by management.
  10. All dish and/or antennas must have prior written approval by management.
  11. Your lot/site must be kept in a clean and tidy manner
  12. Lease holder personal property is required to be kept on your leased lot.
  13. All personal property must be stored on your lot/site at all times to avoid additional charges.
  14. Nails, screws, ropes, wires, decorations or chains are not to be attached, screwed, nailed, embedded or cause damage to any resort trees, structures or posts.
  15. Garbage is to be disposed of promptly and stored in a way which will not attract wildlife.
  16. All campers are to pack out their garbage.  We do not provide a garbage service.  A $50 fee will be chagrged for violations of this term.
  17. Dogs are to be registered (on your site agreement or with management), cleaned up after, barking controlled and leashed at all times to avoid fees/fines and loss of resort privileges.
  18. Resort roads can be used by ATV/UTVs to visit other campers or get to the club trail.
  19. All motorized vehicle drivers must be licensed and insured.
  20. All trailers and motorized vehicles are to be parked in management designated areas.
  21. Resort road speed limit is WALKING SPEED for all motorized vehicles.
  22. Use of fireworks on resort property is NOT permitted.
  23. Be considerate in common areas and on the lake front. Leave areas better than you find them.
  24. Do not drive vehicles on the paved area on the lake front.
  25. Guest vehicles, toy haulers and trailers in numbers greater than that allowed by the lease are to be parked in a management designated area at additional cost of $10 per vehicle per day.
  26. The leaseholders fine is $50 for guests that do not pay for parking using the honor system.
  27. Resort quite hours are between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
  28. There is no lifeguard, swim at your own risk.
  29. Fire pits are not to be moved without management approval.
  30. Campfires are not to exceed two feet above the rim of the fire pit.
  31. You are responsible for damage caused by digging and or heat/fire from campfires.
  32. Construction of any type is not allowed without written management approval. 
  33. If Boulder Lake Lodge Resort LLC approves a project/work or construction, you are required to understand and obtain the local and county requirements/permitting for your project. 
  34. Leaf composting area is for leaves, grass clippings, and branch debris only.  Please be considerate and unload leaf and branch debris as far back as possible. 
  35. Violations of these rules will trigger a $50 leaseholder fine per occurrence.  Additional charges may be applicable if management needs to take further action
  36. Campers and their guest may be asked to leave with no refund if Boulder Lake Lodge Resort LLC terms and conditions are not followed.

Items below will add costs that will be passed on to customers if not disposed of properly. 

  • Cloth items such as washcloths, socks and other articles of clothing
  • Wet wipes including biodegradable wet wipes.
  • Food wastes, grease and oils
  • Disposable diapers and or plastic of any kind
  • Feminine napkins, tampons, Band-Aids or bandages

Use of the indoor 24/7 Restroom and Shower in the Lodge:

  • This add on can be booked on the Campspot booking page
  • The cost is $5 per day
  • It is the camper's responsibility to obtain the access code by texting a request to 715-820-6100, request the access code via e-mail to fun@boulderlakelodge.com or at registration.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations will result in a camp credit that must be used in the same camping season in which the original reservation was booked, unless approved by management. In order to use your Camp Credit to make a reservation, you will need to call the office directly at (715) 820-6100.
