Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be consistent and fair for all guests. Refunds are issued based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled arrival date. Reservations canceled 31 or more days in advance will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 3–30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus the cost of a two-night stay. Reservations canceled within 0–2 days of arrival are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after the scheduled arrival date, including for early departures, unused nights, late arrivals, or no-show reservations. All refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original form of payment.
