General terms

Tenants and their guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, or their pets. Tenants assume all risks associated with their stay and agree to hold the campground harmless, indemnifying the campground against any claims arising from such risks. The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or for the damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicles. Harassment or mistreatment of our staff or other guests, including but not limited to, racist comments or hate speech, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We reserve the right to evict any person or persons who fail to comply with campground rules and policies.

Check In / Check Out

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is required by 1:00 PM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees. Guests who arrive before the designated check-in time or remain on-site after the check-out time without prior approval may incur extra charges.

Open Fires
Open fires are not allowed in our park. Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings. Please do not move the fire pit from its designated area. This may incur additional fees.

Vehicle Policy

Speed Limit 5 mph

The speed limit within the park is 5 mph to ensure the safety of all guests, including children and pets. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple violations may result in being asked to leave the park. Safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the park safe for everyone.

Parking
Parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles per site, and all vehicles must fit entirely within your designated campsite. Vehicles that do not fit within your site or exceed the limit may be required to park in a designated overflow area or may incur additional fees. No parking in common areas. Do not park in the middle of the road. Do not park in sites that you did not register for and do not block bathhouses.

All-terrain vehicles (ATVs), dirt bikes, motorcycles, and off-highway vehicles (OHVs) are welcome on the property but may not be operated within the park. These vehicles must be parked in the main parking area. Golf carts and other similar vehicles are not permitted. Off-road vehicles are prohibited from entering the park beyond the office area.

Site and Park Navigation
Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads and designated public paths to walk around the campground.

Washing
Washing RVs or vehicles is not permitted. 

Pet Policies
We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times or in a contained area. Pets are not permitted inside any buildings, within the pool area, or on the playground. Guests are expected to comply with these regulations at all times. Pets must be properly supervised and cleaned up after at all times. Additionally, pets may not be tied to trees, doors, posts, or any campground structures. Failure to clean up after your pet or properly supervised them will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.

Pet Vaccinations

Due to insurance requirements, all pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations while in the park. Guests may be required to present a valid rabies vaccination certificate at check-in.

Visitors

Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must stop at the office to register upon arrival. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets. Breezy Meadows Campground reserves the right to limit the number of visitors at any site. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 PM. Overnight visitors must check in at the office and pay the applicable overnight fee. Guests should always check with the office before inviting visitors. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring that their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed. Guest parking is located in the main overflow parking area. Guests are not permitted to park at campsite.

Electrical

Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during
your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety
requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you
from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.

Laundry

The laundry room is open 24/7. Change and Vending available. Please do not leave your laundry
unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft.

Restrooms
For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing
for cleaning once per day. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please. Guest
under the age of 13 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers as well as the pool area.

Pool

No lifeguard is on duty. The pool and playground open at 10:00 AM, following quiet time, and close at 10:00 PM. Children and anyone under 14 must be supervised at all times while in these areas and throughout the campground. Horseplay, running, and diving are not permitted in the pool area. Alcohol, food, loud music, glass containers, and rough play are prohibited in the pool and playground areas. Children wearing diapers are not allowed in the pool. Swim diapers are required. Only proper swimwear—swimsuits or swim trunks—is permitted; cut-offs are not allowed. Please do not allow children to climb trees, as it can cause damage. Failure to follow these rules may result in being asked to leave the campground without a refund.

Quiet Time Policies
Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.


Trash Disposal and Recycling
Trash cans are located throughout the park. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. If the first can is full, please find another container. Please do not place your trash on the ground. Trash will be emptied once per day. Times may very due to maintence schedule. Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash cans. Trash is emptied once per day. Times may vary due to maintenance scheduling requirements throughout the day. A dumpster is available at the main office. Please do not dispose of any motor oil, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic or hazardous waste items. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees. 

Children
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Horseplay, running, or diving in the pool is not permitted. Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests. The playground, basketball court, and pool close at dark. Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk. Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

Drones
Drones are not permitted in our park. Please do not fly drones over people or RVs. There are
several local area parks where drones are permitted for your enjoyment.

I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Breezy Meadows Campground LLC DBA Breezy Meadows Campground or its owners from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Breezy Meadows Campgrounds, facilities, amenities, pools, water slides, bounce house or any other on site activity (collectively, the Premises) and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; or encounters with wildlife.

I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS Breezy Meadows Campground LLC, management, owners, and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) they may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the Premises by me, my children, and/or my invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although Breezy Meadows Campground Management makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility. 

As a courtesy, our employees, if so requested, may assist with directing you to your designated campsite. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the site will accommodate your specific trailer/RV and that you will not hit any branches, bollards, trees, etc. when positioning your RV on the campsite. You agree to indemnify and hold Breezy Meadows Campground, LLC, its owners harmless from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney’s fees) that may result from an employee assisting or directing you onto a campsite. Furthermore, you release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Breezy Meadows Campground for any and all liability, loss, or property damage relating to an employee assisting/directing you to your site.

I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation prior to my scheduled check-in date, or at such earlier date communicated to me.  If I fail to pay the total due, I agree that Breezy Meadows Campground, LLC may charge any remaining balance (in additional to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with my reservation. Any amounts due after 30 days will be subject to the maximum late charge permitted under state law. 

The Premises are privately owned and Breezy Meadows Campground LLC RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law.
Breezy Meadows Campground reserves the right to require any person or party it deems necessary, to leave the campground based on violations of Park Rules or behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others. Harassment or mistreatment of our staff or other guests, including but not limited to, racist comments or hate speech, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. I have read this notice and agree to it as well as all Breezy Meadows Campgrounds Rules and regulations. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all
persons registered in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay. On behalf of each person in my party, I grant Breezy Meadows Campground and its affiliated entities and promotional partners the right to include any photographic, video and other visual portrayals of each person in my party in any medium and for any purpose.
