Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a forfeit of the full reservation total. If the full amount was paid on a credit card/debit card, that full amount will be nonrefundable 7 days prior to check in. If the cash option was selected when reserving, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file. 
 

General Cancellations before 7 days prior to arrival:
Cancellations made before 7 days of scheduled check-in day will be subject to the loss of the $20 booking fee plus the 3.5% non-refundable credit card fee. If the reservation was paid with a credit card/debit card the refund amount will exclude the $20 non-refundable booking fee and the 3.5% non-refundable credit card fee. If the cash option was selected and the $20 booking fee was paid with a credit card/ debit card, the booking fee is nonrefundable.

Reservations made on May 22nd-May 26th, July 2rd thru July 5th, September 3rd- September 8th, Fenruary 1st thru February 14th and all Early Booking for the next year made before January 1st are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. All Early Bookings require 100% of the base payment down and are non-transferable to the next year. If reservations are cancelled and only the deposit of $20 was paid, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file.  

All cancellations can be made by calling 530-283-2221 (May - October) or email at reservations@buckslakecamp.com.  If you do not get a call back or a reply email within 24 hours then assume that we did not get your message and please call/email again.

​No-Show Policy: Credit Card on file will be charged at 11am on the day of the reservation
checkout for full reservation amount.
