Refund Policy

Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to make a cancellation or change to your booking.

The reservation fee ($5.00 +tax) is non-refundable

No refunds will be issued due to poor weather conditions, early departures, or failure to comply with resort policies that result in guest(s) being asked to leave. Refunds will be issued to the same card on which the reservation was made, no exceptions.

Refunds are based on our cancellation policy.  All other refunds are to the discretion of park staff/management.
