Terms & Conditions
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Cameron’s Point Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cameron’s Point Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Cameron’s Point Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group.

The Occupant agrees to abide by the terms of this license agreement, and to ensure other permitted Site users abide by the terms of this license agreement, specifically but not limited to Sections 1 through 4.
Camping is an outdoor recreational activity. The participants known as campers leave their permanent residence and enjoy amenities and natural features of the outdoors. A campground is a designated area where camping takes place.
It is agreed by the parties that the intended use for the Site is for seasonal recreational and vacation purposes only. The Park is designed and intended for use for seasonal or temporary campground and recreational use only and as such the trailer on site cannot be used as a permanent residential or home address
It is agreed by the parties that the actual use of the Site shall be for seasonal, recreational purposes for temporary periods of time only and as further restricted by periods of Park Closure. As well, during any use of the specified site by the Occupants, the Occupants shall maintain a permanent residential premises elsewhere than at the Park, that the Occupants have unlimited access to and it is acknowledged by the Occupant that zoning for the Park prohibits residential uses of Sites in the Park.
It is agreed and understood between the Owner and the Occupants that the word "trailer" as set out in paragraph 1 above, shall include Recreational Vehicles and Park Model Trailers (as defined by the C.S.A. Standards Z-241), but shall not include Mobile Homes as defined by the C.S.A. Standards Z-240
It is agreed and understood between the parties that the words "seasonal” or “temporary periods of time" as set out in paragraph 2 above may include periodic or recurrent use pertaining to all seasons of the year but shall not include use of the Site when the Park is closed.
This license is for the occupation of the Site only and the Occupant acknowledges that he is a licensee with respect to any facilities assigned to him and is deemed to have willingly assumed, without restriction, all risks arising out of his use of the Site and the Park.
All charges for a deposit, storage, rent, services, etc., are due and payable when invoiced (a schedule of deposit and added charges is attached to this License Agreement)
All deposits are non-refundable and are held against the final balance owing in any year. The deposit is forfeited as liquidated damages and not as a penalty upon breach of any term of this agreement.
In addition to the Site, the Occupant shall have the use in common with others so entitled to all common areas provided without additional charge. This license may be renewed solely at the discretion of the Owner from year to year save and except any adjustment in the fees charged, unless terminated by either party, in writing, on or before September 30th of each calendar year.
In addition to the foregoing, the Occupant shall pay in addition any taxes, assessments, levies, or license fees imposed by any authority on or as a result of any equipment, fixtures, improvements, furnishings or vehicles erected, placed or left on the Site by or on behalf of the Occupant which additional charges shall be payable immediately upon receipt of any notice or demand for payment received by the Owner and conveyed to the Occupant.
The Occupant hereby acknowledges receipt of and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the rules of the Park as presently in existence, being Schedule A and B hereto, or as may be reasonably established or at the discretion of the Owner modified from time to time. Amendments to this license, at the sole discretion of the Owner, may be instituted with written notice to the licensee. If the Occupant objects to the amendment to the Park rules, the Occupant may, upon written notice to the Owner within seven (7) days of receipt of such amendment, terminate the license and leave the Park within 14 days of delivery of written notice to the Owner with no penalty.
The Occupant hereby undertakes and agrees that he will inform any family members and guests, visitors or other persons attending at the Occupant's Site as to the Park rules, from time to time. The Occupant is responsible for the observance of the Park rules personally or by his permitted family members, guests, visitors or other persons attending at the Occupant's site or in the Park with the Occupant's permission or knowledge.
Any failure to remit any payments required under the terms of this agreement and any breach of any of the rules of the Park by the Occupant, his permitted family members, guests, visitors or other persons attending at the Occupant's Site, shall be deemed to be a breach of this license and this license may be immediately terminated at the option of the Owner.
The Occupant hereby authorizes and directs the Owner, upon termination of this license for any reason, to act as the Occupant's agent for the securing and/or removal of any of the Occupant's property from the above Site, or elsewhere in the Park, and the Owner shall not be liable for any damages thereby occasioned.
The Owner assumes no responsibility for any loss through fire, theft, collision or otherwise to trailers, additions, improvements or cars or their contents, regardless of cause. The Occupant agrees that the use of the Park or its facilities is solely at the risk of himself, his family and guests. The Occupant, his family and his guests, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the Owner, his agents, servants, successors and assigns OF AND FROM ALL CLAIMS, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damages to himself, his family or guests or their property HOWSOEVER CAUSED, arising or to arise by reason of occupation of the above mentioned site and use of the Park or otherwise, whether prior to, during or subsequent to this AND NOTWITHSTANDING that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of any of the aforesaid. The Occupant further undertakes on his own behalf and on behalf of his family and guests to indemnify all the aforesaid from and against any and all liability incurred by any or all of them arising as a result of or in any way connected with the license.
The Occupant hereby undertakes and agrees to abide by, and comply with, all the provisions, terms and conditions of any applicable municipal, provincial or federal laws and regulations and any failure to do so may be deemed to be by the Occupant, his permitted family members, guests, visitors or others attending at the Occupant's Site with the Occupant's permission, a breach of this license and, at the Owners’ sole discretion, grounds for immediate termination of this License, upon which the trailer shall be removed from the Site and all occupancy at the Site shall cease, with no refund of any deposit held by the Owner in respect of this License.
The address for notification to the Occupant of a Notice to be given under the term of this license, or otherwise, shall be at the permanent home address of the Occupant as set out above, unless written notice of a change has been given by regular first class mail. Any notification pursuant to the terms of this license shall be deemed to have been received five working days after it is mailed by regular mail or immediately if delivered to an apparently adult person at the address.
In the event of any default of any of the terms and conditions of this license agreement, and except where otherwise stated, the Owner shall have the following rights: A) On fourteen days prior written notice of default delivered, or deemed received under the terms of this license, to terminate this license agreement and re-enter upon the above Site and repossess it. B) To sue for any overdue payments or damages arising out of a breach of this license together with interest, (at the Courts of Justice Act Rate), Legal Costs together with any other costs of any nature or kind which may be incurred in repossessing the Site and collecting overdue payments or damages. C) To seize any goods or property on the Site subject to any applicable provisions of the law and to sell the same to recover any monies or damages owing. D) to bar the Occupant, members of his family, guests, visitors or other persons attending at the Occupant's Site or at the Park with the Occupant's permission from: i) staying past 8:00 p.m. on any night of the aforementioned fourteen (14) days; ii) attending or participating in any common activities as may be held in the Park.
The Occupant acknowledges and agrees that no sales shall be advertised or conducted on any Site and the Owner strictly reserves the right to act as the exclusive sales agent within the Park with respect to the sale of any trailer or structure.
This license is personal to the Occupant and is not assignable unless the Owner consents, which consent may be unreasonably refused.
In the event that this Site shall be repossessed under the terms of this license, any goods including any trailer that the Occupant has left on the Site shall be deemed to be an article as defined by the Repair and Storage Liens Act of Ontario, (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), and may be removed by the Owner who shall be deemed to be a lien claimant and storer under the Act, to whatever location the Owner deems appropriate and the Owner in such removal and storage will not be responsible for any loss or damage to such goods. The Occupant will be responsible for any storage costs and moving costs incurred, together with any outstanding rent or charges or any other monies due under this agreement and the Owner may recover costs and/or monies owing in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
Notice is hereby given that entry to the Park is permitted only for activities conducted in accordance with this license and the rules and regulations as they exist from time to time and all other activities are prohibited in accordance with the provisions of The Trespass To Property Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. T.21, as amended from time to time. Any person violating this notice or failing to leave the premises immediately when directed to do so shall be in violation of the said Act and may be prosecuted in accordance with its provisions.
The Occupant of the Site shall exercise such care as is reasonable in the maintenance of the Site during the term of his License to ensure that persons entering on the Site and the property brought on the Site by such persons are reasonably safe while on the Site and shall save the Owner harmless from any claims as a result of the failure of the Occupant to do so. This clause is included to exclude and modify the Owners’ liability as described above and in accordance with the exclusion and modification permitted by the Occupiers’ Liability Act, Ontario.
No add-ons, additions or Site improvements shall be incorporated without prior written approval. If such approval is granted, such add-ons, additions or improvements must be incorporated so as not to impede the expeditious vacating of the Site and removal of the Occupant’s property.
A waiver of any one or more of the terms or conditions herein contained shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any of the other terms and conditions of this other than those specifically waived and in no event shall any waiver be deemed to be a continuing waiver.
By his/her signing of this license the Occupant hereby represents to the Owner and warrants that he/she has the responsibility and/or authority to sign on behalf of family members, guests, visitors or other persons attending at the Site from time to time.
The Occupant further agrees that while his trailer and equipment of any nature is on the Owner's premises, he will not hire or permit any person or any company, other than the Owner to perform any labour thereon or to make installation of equipment thereof; it being understood that the owner does not permit any competitive labour or services to be performed on its premises without its express written authorization. The foregoing limitation is not intended to prevent the Occupant or his family from doing such work provided such work is done in accordance with all pertinent laws and/or regulations and has been approved in writing by the Owner. Once such work is approved the Occupant shall provide the Owner a true copy of Worker’s Compensation coverage or liability insurance if self-employed.
The Occupier acknowledges that permanent structures of any kind are prohibited on the site and the Occupier shall not claim to be the owner of a permanent structure used or intended for use as living accommodation on the site. It is agreed that if there is a finding by a court, tribunal or office of competent jurisdiction that there is permanent living accommodation located on the site, or if such a claim is made by the Occupier, such claim or finding shall be good and valid grounds for termination of this License of Occupation
If the Occupant shall become bankrupt then accruing License charges together with the License charges for the three months next ensuing shall immediately become due and payable, and the term shall, at the option of the Owner, forthwith be terminated and such accelerated License charge and additional License charges shall be recoverable by the Owner as if it were License charges in arrears.
The Occupant shall not register this license, notice of this license or any other document related to this license nor any notice of those documents against the title to the licensed site or the Park unless he has first obtained from the Owner approval in writing concerning the form and content of the document proposed to be registered. The foregoing shall not apply to the registration of a Charge/Mortgage of License provided the notice of the License which it secures has been approved for registration as set out herein. The Occupant will be responsible for payment to the Owner for its out of pocket expenses incurred in connection with its review and approval of such proposed registration.
This license, including the schedules hereto, shall constitute the entire arrangement between the parties. There is no representation, warranty, condition or collateral agreement affecting this document other than as expressed herein in writing. This license shall be read with all changes of gender and number as required by the context.
This form is prepared for the exclusive use by members of The Ontario Private Campground Association. Any unauthorized use of this License form is prohibited.
I, the named Occupant for the specified site acknowledge providing the personal information pursuant to this license agreement and confirm the accuracy of the same. I, the named Occupant consent to the disclosure of this personal information for the use by the owner as required from time to time to administer and enforce this agreement.
I, the named Occupant herein, acknowledge that this contract is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. I further understand that the Ontario Courts are the Court of exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any Court action between the parties.
I, the named Occupant herein, acknowledge that providing a copy of my drivers' license is voluntary and that this information will be retained to demonstrate my permanent residency. I understand that this information will be retained and that I have been given the option of redacting any information in the photocopy I do not consent to disclosing. I consent to disclosing the information on the photocopy of my drivers' license that I have not chosen to redact.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Campground Management has taken all reasonable means to ensure that your stay here will be safe, pleasant and enjoyable. This property is owned and operated by Run Guo Investments and is obligated to abide by all laws, federal, provincial and local. Many of the following rules and regulations are required by law, along with other rules and regulations for the safety, health and welfare, as well as for the protections of the property rights of the owner. Consideration and courtesy to others together with your cooperation in maintaining your lot will help sustain the standards of Cameron’s Point Campsite Inc. (hereafter known as CPC).
Please enjoy your time at Cameron’s Point Campsite. Please keep campsite in a clean and safe condition.
1. People registered to a lot - Each lot is allowed to register two adults and two children under 12 to their lot. All other adults you wish to register to the lot will be required to pay an extra person fee which will add them as a seasonal camper. They will be required to park outside the park in visitor parking.
2. Visitors– All visitors entering the park must register and pay the visitor fees. The campground has designated a parking area for visitors outside the front gate. Campers are required to pick up their visitors at the main gate. Campers are responsible for their guests’ actions. and visitors are not allowed on your site without your presence. Visitors may not bring in pets at any time. Visitors are not permitted to enter the park between 9 pm and 8 am. Visitors are requested to vacate the premises by 9pm from Sunday to Thursday and 11pm for Friday and Saturday. Visitors staying beyond check out time will be charged an additional day’s fee unless arrangements are made with the management..
3. Overnight Visitor Fees- All guests staying overnight must pay a fee. No refunds. Visitors must park in the visitor parking outside the front gate. Any/all unregistered visitors or visitors that sneak in will be asked to leave immediately.
4. Parking - All Seasonal campers will have one designated parking spot inside the campsite. If you wish to have more than one vehicle in the park (max 2 vehicles) it must be parked on your lot and 2ft from the road. It cannot be parked beside the road , or anywhere else inside the campground (Each camp site should ensure that when designing their lot that they leave room for their second vehicle). No cars are to be stored on a lot for any reason.
5. Quiet Hours- Sunday to Thursday from 10 pm to 8am, and Friday to Saturday from 11 PM to 9am.( TSG By-Law) During quiet hours no occupant shall create or permit the creation of or the continuation of any noise or nuisance that disturbs the comfort or quiet enjoyment of any other occupant, or guest of the campground. If your neighbor can hear your tv/music/voice, it is too loud. No noise will be permitted outside the R.V. during the quiet hours. During day time hours each camper must be respectful of other campers and not hinder their enjoyment of the campsite. Children must be on your campsite or a campsite supervised by whoever paid the campsite fee by 10pm curfew. In the event of gathering of campers at the Occupant’s campsite, the Occupant is responsible and will be held accountable to ensure that the noise restrictions are observed.
6. Gate Card - Gate access cards are for the sole use of the Registered Camper. There are only 2 gate cards issued per Lot . If you pay for an extra adult on your lot ,they will be issued a seasonal parking pass and will park outside the park in the visitor parking area at all times. For any lost/stolen/damaged gate passes, you must come to the office during business hours to obtain a replacement pass. You will be charged the current fee for replacing lost, stolen or damaged passes and your old card deactivated
7. Speed limit - Please observe the speed limit. The speed limit within the park is 10 km per hour at any time.

8. RV’s – Under Ontario Laws all owners of RV’s at a campsite must show proof of ownership of the camping unit. Only one camping RV unit per site. Subletting of RV units or RVs being used as Airbnb are not permitted. RV’s cannot be sold in place. All RVs must be in good working order, movable and less than 20 years old. No tents allowed on a RV lot.
9. Sale of RV’S - Should the occupant decide they wish to vacate their lot and sell their RV, they must notify the office in advance. Occupants are not permitted to transfer the lot to the new buyer of the RV.
10. Decks/Platforms/Gazebos/Sheds – All decks/ gazebos must conform to park specifications. A Site Plan application must be submitted and approved by park management for any changes or additions to the lot. No deck can be larger than 10 ft wide or longer than the trailer. One gazebo per lot and must be no larger than 10x12 with open sides. Permanently enclosed rooms are not permitted. All BBQ shelters must be approved. One shed is permitted and must be no larger than 8X8. (Each Campsite when designing their lot, must make adequate space for their second vehicle ( If required ) on the lot , two feet from the road at all times)
11. Full size fridges - No full size fridges are allowed outside on decks/pads. 36” or less mini fridges only.
12. Fences/Privacy Screens - No fences or privacy screens are permitted.. This includes lattice, trees or shrubs. A 36” high solid railing (For Privacy) attached at the back of the deck only ,will be permitted on all decks with written approval.
13. Railings – No Railings are permitted on decks/platforms less than 23” above the ground. Decks/ platforms higher than 23” from the ground (due to the slope of the lot) that require railings to meet TSW building code will be allowed on the portion of Deck/platform over 23” above the ground only . They will need to be made using spindles etc. no lattice, and be approved by Park Management including an approved Site plan drawing. Hand railings at steps are permitted on all decks.
13. Lot lines/RV Pad - All RV’s must be parked on their approved pad. A 2ft clearance should remain clear around the edge of the lot with the slides open for maintenance purposes.
14. Clotheslines - Clotheslines and umbrella type clotheslines are not permitted. Drying of bath towels and bathing suits only are permitted on your campsite. Clotheslines may not be strung from trees or shrubs on the campsite.
15. Pools/Hot tubs/Blow up toys - No pools, hot tubs or blow up toys are allowed on lots for any reason.
16. Trailer Hitches - The front of your trailer and hitch must be free and clear of any objects, such as rock gardens, furniture or any other objects. Vehicles may not be parked in front of your trailer hitch while you are not in the park. The hitch needs to be free and clear in case of emergency removal of your trailer from your camping site (due to water/sewer leaks, fire, emergency tree/branch removal, etc.)
17. Boats/Sea doo – Each boat/sea doo will be required to have a copy of the insurance and registration on file for each physical year. Each boat/sea doo will have their season boat pass attached to the front of their boat where it can be clearly seen from the dock at all times.
18. Boat Slip - The Boat Slips are available for registered campers only, and can be rented by the season or by the week for short-term campers if available. A boat slip will be assigned upon registration. There is no guarantee that you will have the same boat slip each year. Occasionally management may be required to move your slip location in order to accommodate different size boats. Boat slip prices are based on the size of the boat per ft.. Boat docks are provided by the campground. All docks have been recently replaced. Rubber tires are not permitted to be used as bumpers for your boat dock or for any other use within the campground. Do not alter, build or attach anything to the docks. If you have a boat dock, you must provide proper marine bumpers attached to your boat; nothing can be attached to the boat dock. No fishing from boat docks.
19. Boat / Utility Trailers - Utility trailers, boat trailers and/or boats on trailers have to be stored in the designated area in the north field at the end of the west line, not on a lot. There is a fee to launch or park trailers or boats in this area. A Park/Launch pass must be purchased and affixed to the front of your trailer where it is clearly visible.

21. Motorized/Electric vehicles - Mopeds, scooters, electric bikes, and ATVs are not permitted in the campground. With the exception of handicap mobility scooters and work crew vehicles.
22. Golf Carts - All golf carts are required to pay a yearly fee. Your site number should be clearly displayed on your golf cart with minimum of 8 inches along with the Golf Cart Pass . Proof of insurance is required and will be added to your file. Both the driver and acceptable vehicles must be licensed and insured. No unlicensed drivers are allowed to operate ANY vehicle on the property, including carts. Only persons with valid driver’s license shall be permitted to drive golf carts. Speed limits will be strictly enforced, Max 10km/h. Carts driven after dark will require lighting. No racing or reckless driving of any sort will be tolerated. No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall be permitted to drive a golf cart. All occupants must remain seated in the appropriate seats, no standing on the back or hanging off the sides. Anyone found not adhering to these rules will be asked to remove their golf cart from the premises without refund.
23. Campfires – Campfires should never be more than one(1) foot high. Due to a federal regulation by the Food Inspection Agency, firewood cannot be brought into the campsite. You can purchase your firewood from the campground. No open fires of any kind shall be permitted, except barbeque or a screened in fire pit. Spark arrestors are required by law for every campfire. Maximum amount of wood stored on each lot is not to exceed one weeks use. Storage not more than 10 bundles. Keep woodpiles neatly stacked. Do not erect lean-to or add-ons for wood storage. Please do not burn any garbage in your campfire. Styrofoam and plastics release toxins during burning and this poses a serious health hazard! Fires must be attended by an adult at all times and must be thoroughly extinguished by wetting or covering upon completion of their use. Always put out fires that are unattended. Power tools are not permitted, including operating chainsaws or skill saws to cut or split wood or to prepare kindling.
24. Pets - All pets are to be kept on a leash and accompanied at all times (not left alone) and their droppings are to be removed and disposed of by the owner of the pet. We do not allow pets into the campground that are unfriendly or aggressive towards adults, children, or other pets. Your pet should be quiet and not a source of disturbance to other campers. Areas where dogs are not permitted are the beach or beach area, washrooms, laundry room, patio and all the surrounding area, waterfront, playground, pool area and ball field. You may not leave your pet unattended at any time outside on your campsite. Kennel cages, doghouses, fenced dog runs, etc., and are not permitted on your campsite. All pets must have their rabies shots as required by law. We require copies of the registration of all pets and records of rabies certificates. We also recommend that dogs have their Leptospira, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus shots.
25. Sewage Pump Out – All RV’s having sewage drains shall have their drains sealed for the duration of their stay on any campsite, unless such drains are connected to the approved sewer holding system. Pump outs are once a week and each camper is required to put out a supplied (FULL) magnet on their mailbox. Additional pump outs are $50.00.
26. Maintenance -The Occupant, their family, guests and invitees shall maintain the R.V., as well as the campsite, in a clean and tidy condition. No washing of cars. Pressure washers are not permitted due to the amount of water they consume. No one shall use, or store any hazardous substance on the campsite or in the R.V.’s. For the purposes of this clause “hazardous substances” shall include all contaminants, pollutants, wastes, toxic, dangerous or harmful substances or materials. Manufacture, production, construction, etc., of anything on your camping site is not permitted. Grass that is not cut after two weeks on the occupant’s site will incur a cost of $50.00 for Campground staff to cut it.
27. Playground rules – All areas are first come first serve. Items in the activity shed are for use by all campers. Playground equipment intended for children ages 5–12 years old. Adult supervision recommended. Use of the playground is at your own risk. No rough play permitted. Do not use it when the playground is wet. No bicycles, roller skates or skateboards permitted on pad. Shoes are required. No pets allowed. Playground is open from sunrise to sunset. In case of an emergency call 911. No glass or bottles in the play area.

28. Injury or damage - Willfully causing injury to a person or damage to personal or park property will not be tolerated. Management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to campers or guests, or loss of money, jewelry, equipment or valuables of any kind. Anyone causing an annoyance to other campers will be required to leave upon notification of the Management.
29. Fireworks - NOT ALLOWED, except when regulated by the Camper’s Committee.
30. Garbage - All trash must be placed in plastic GARBAGE bags and brought to the dumpster. Household garbage only. It is strictly forbidden by law to dispose of propane tanks and batteries in dumpsters. Staff is put at risk because of acid and compressed propane tanks will explode. No disposal of hazardous waste such as oil, paint, or batteries. “If you bring it here, please take it home”. DO NOT, AT ANY TIME, LEAVE GARBAGE BAGS ON THE GROUND OVERNIGHT. IT ATTRACTS WILDLIFE AND CREATES A MESS!! TO AVOID HAVING CRITTERS MAKE A MESS OF YOUR GARBAGE, PURCHASE A GARBAGE BIN WITH A SECURE LOCKED LID. WASTE MANAGEMENT AREAS WILL BE MONITORED. ANYONE FOUND IMPROPERLY DISPOSING OF WASTE MATERIAL WILL BE FINED $100.00 AND MAYBE EVICTED AT MANAGEMENT’S DISCRETION.
31. Alcohol and Drugs - According to Ontario Law, alcoholic beverages may only be CONSUMED ON A CAMPSITE LOT. It is not permitted to transport alcohol in open containers or consume alcohol other than on a camping site lot; therefore the beach area, sports field, roadways, and any other common areas within the campground are off-limits to open containers of alcoholic beverages. Use or consumption of illegal substances in Cameron’s Point is not allowed. Glass containers of any kind are not permitted off the campsite. Excessive noise, drinking or profanities are not permitted. There is zero tolerance in this regard. The age for legal consumption of alcohol in Ontario is 19 years of age.
32. Smoking – Smoking of any kind is not permitted at the playground, inside any buildings such as The Barn, washrooms, laundry facilities or Gazebo area. Please dispose of the cigarette butts in the appropriate cans, not on the ground.
33. Pool - No Lifeguard or Supervisor on Duty; swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by parent or guardian in the pool (not less than 16 of age). Unaccompanied minors (under 16 years of age) are not allowed to use the pool at any time. Please read restrictions before using the pool. Appropriate bathing attire will be required at all times. Management, at their discretion, reserves the right to instruct anyone to leave the pool. No food, alcohol drinks or glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
34. Beach - No Lifeguard or Supervisor on Duty; Swim at your own risk. Appropriate bathing attire will be required at all times . Management at their discretion, reserves the right to instruct anyone to leave the beach. Parents are responsible for their children’s safety on the beach, at the pool and throughout the park. Grandparents must assume this responsibility when they are the sole guardians. Campfires, alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not permitted on the beach. Cars are not permitted to park on the beaches green space. No golf carts on the beach.
35. Watering - No lawn/sprinkler watering allowed at any time during the camping season. No dishwashing in restrooms sinks.
36. Gardens, trees or shrubs - No planting of gardens, trees or shrubs including in planters.
37. Nature Trails - We offer hiking trails for your enjoyment, though 60 acres of beautiful land, on the North side of County Road 2. No hunting, fishing or carrying any sort of weapon is permitted on the trails or in the campground.
38. Fish waste - Please freeze your fish waste and dispose of it at home. Putting fish waste in the garbage is a violation of environmental law and campsite regulations. It also attracts unwanted animals and pests. Fish waste deposited in garbage during the summer months causes a health concern and unpleasant odor in the campground.
39. Winter Storage RV/Golf Carts – All storage fees need to be paid before the end of the season. Cameron’s Point Campsite is not responsible for Loss or Damage to any private property. All items stored on Campsite property should be insured by the owner at all times . I agree that should I store my Unit at Cameron’s Point when the park is closed , I do so at my own risk and do not hold Cameron’s Point Campsite responsible in any form or for any Loss or damage that may occur to my properties.
40. Entry after season closing – No Person or persons shall enter the campsite after the closing date unless given written permission . A fee of $25.00 will be charged to the account of those who are granted entry during the off season. A date mid winter will be scheduled for all campers to enter the park to check on their RV’s etc.
41. Social Media and Public Conduct Policy
To maintain a positive and respectful environment for all guests and staff, customers agree not to engage in any public disparagement of the campground, its management, staff, or other campers, including but not limited to, on social media platforms, review sites, or other public forums. Constructive feedback is welcomed and should be directed to management via the appropriate communication channels. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the camping agreement without refund and potential restriction from future reservations.
42. Credit Card Lot Fee Payments
Effective for the 2026 Camping Season, all lot fee payments made via credit card will be subject to a 3% Service Charge.
43. Minimum of $600.00 Deposit Required to book and secure your site for the following season due prior to the end of the current season.
44. $300.00 Electricity Deposit Required at the beginning of each season in order to turn on electricty for your site. Final billing will be sent out at the end of the Camping Season.
By opening this License of Occupation, I attest that I have read, understand and agree with all rules and conditions including but not limited to rental and storage agreements at Cameron’s Point Campsite
Questions/Inquiries - If you have any questions, please direct them to the office info@cameronspoint.ca (613 931-1516) Any maintenance requests will be put on a work order with priority in order of urgency. Do not disturb maintenance staff while they are working as it affects the efficiency of any projects they may be completing. Many campground employees/contractors camp here at the campground: Please do not disturb them on their campsites or residence for any reason as they are here to enjoy their off time camping as well. Swearing, rude or aggressive behavior towards staff (or other campers) will not be tolerated, you will be asked to and expected to leave immediately and there will be no refund.
Request changes to the lot - Any request for maintenance or changes to the original lot must be directed to the office. info@cameronspoint.ca (613 931-1516) They will be evaluated and If approved they will be put on a to-do list. Emergencies will be dealt with first. All other requests will be done in order of priority. Do not disturb staff while they are at work, on break, or any other time, unless it is an emergency. Please go to the office for any concerns instead of the park maintenance or grounds staff.
Disciplinary Actions- Should any party receive more than 2 written warnings, for not adhering to these rules, they will be asked to vacate the campground permanently, without refund. They will be given 48hrs to remove all their belongings. Cameron’s Point is a private Family Campsite, our goal is to create a summer vacation destination that can be enjoyed by everyone.
***The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.***
Yearly Renewal – Cameron’s Point reserves the right to refuse annual renewal of any site not in compliance with the above rules in order to maintain a positive camping experience.
