We had a great time. The cabin was new and clean. The property is unreal. It has everything you need for a great time! Our children enjoyed it all too. Can’t wait to come back! Perfect trip to share with friends and family.

Over all the stay was great definitely will be staying there agian. Already looking to see about making plans on visiting in summer to try the water activities out. The only thing that really kept it from a 5 was I thought the spots were atlest a gravel to help out when it would rain but still turned out to be a muddy mess inside and out and the heat in the bath house seamed to not work but it wasn't enough to push us away over all a 4.5 experience great customer service. Looking forward to our next visit.

The staff here is amazing! Chris, Amber, and Brooke made us smile the entire time! Park is very very clean and the outdoor amenities were amazing for my 11 year old. Will make this trip again!

We loved the placed. Only inconvenience was that the day we arrived we had not hot water, stove was not working and our Thanksgiving dinner went to waste. The next day early morning I spoke to one of the receptionist, and told her our situation. Rapidly she sent Bow (mecanic man) and got everything fix. Bow was so friendly and understanding. We loved Bow as well. Due to the situation we got a reasonable refund. Hope we can come back in New Years.

It’s expensive for what you get given the pool is closed at this time. The New Braunfels location is nicer and has activities not based on the pool so a better overall value.

Yes it is.The place is getting better. Good improvements to the campsites and the grass has finally grown. The reason for 4 stars is because of the activities. They held most the activities despite the rain but didn’t really have a good plan b for the rain.. I prepaid for activities with they Halloween pass and at the end of the day it was not worth the 50 bucks. The items my daughter received were cheap and didn’t even have the FIMFO logo on them (plain trick or treating bag that was broken - didn’t light up like it was supposed to, a plain light up golf ball, a candy corn light up necklace, and a glow in the dark water bottle with a general saying on it). I really expected the items to be FIMFO iYetems. Like I said, all the events held were disorganized and not really planned well. Definitely room for improvement.

The park does not have speed bumps throughout, and the 5 mph speed limit was not enforced at all. Staff members even traveled at unsafe speeds around the RVs. The activities were not followed through as described. The trick or treating at the cabanas was a let down. Thankfully, our group of families brought extra candy and set up at cabanas to distribute what we brought. Staff members made guests feel like they were more of an inconvenience than a guest. Our neighbor’s water was not working, and the staff member’s suggestion was to move. Thankfully a maintenance worker came to their rescue and fixed the problem, since our neighbors were already fully set up. It’s a shame the staff hasn’t worked out all their kinks yet, because the park has wonderful amenities, and so much for kids of all ages to do. We will only be back if some safety precautions are implemented.

Had such a blast at Camp Fimfo! Our group enjoyed as many amenities as we could, but next time we’ll stay for an extra day since we just couldn’t fit it all in. Only thing that could have been better was if the cabin was ready at check-in & the beds were made. Was a bit difficult making 6 beds when three were top bunks.

Great place, fun atmosphere!

Lots of fun things for the kids to do. Big bounce balloon, water park, swimming pool, mini golf, etc. Hawaiian Falls is also right down the road. We were there Memorial Day weekend, so it was especially crowded. For that reason (I assume) service was painstakingly slow at the little restaurant. There is a swim up bar, but after my husband waited 45 minutes for a can of beer, we just went back to the trailer for our beverages. There was no age limit on the hot tub, thus, someone defecated in it, so that was out of service the rest of our stay there. Overall, the good outweighed the bad. We had fun searching for gems, playing mini golf and just hanging out at our campsite. It was quiet and we were left alone. It was pricey, but we went during a holiday weekend.

Park is not ready for prime time. It is very much still under construction although Management is advertising otherwise. We arrived late Sunday afternoon only to find out pretty much everything was closed from 6PM Sunday until Thursday. That means no pool, no general store and no onsite Tavern. Our Premium pull thru site was tight to pull into with a 30’ TT due to the closeness of the Cabins and that was with no cabin occupied. I can’t imagine pulling in a larger TT or Fifth Wheel when those cabins are occupied. When we arrived the site pad was not clean and the around the lot was scrub grass & weeds along with a good amount of dirt. A year from now the sites may have better grass but I doubt it. Whomever designed the part as to space layout never did a RV park before and did not ever CB own an RV either. Right now this is a wanna-be RV Resort and not worth the premium pricing charging now and in my belief will be even less value if they actually use a dynamic pricing module. I’d stay clear for at least another 18 months to see if the Park matures. Lastly, the employees I interacted with at the front desk and with grounds maintence were excellent.

They are striving to be a top notch campground, obvious by the amount of work that was going on. Beautiful pool and surrounding area. Sites well maintained.

Camp Fimfo is a work in progress, ongoing construction is everywhere. Because of this mud is everywhere, not all amenities are available, and most of the others were closed due to being off season (Nov). Price was high compared to comparable fully operation KOAs. I like the area and it was convenient . Spaces markers are almost impossible to see at night as is the entrance, it is dark out there. Contrary to brochure I did have to level my rig. Finished it will be a very nice park.

Beautiful, beautiful resort. Friendly and accommodating staff.
