Very friendly staff. Had a blast at the tiki bar and food in the clubhouse was delicious. Would definitely recommend going.

The stay was very nice. We really like the resort. The weather didn't cooperate so we were stuck in the camper but no fault of the resort. We stayed in Lot 191 and loved the location with waterfront and the sunset views were beautiful. The resort is beautifully thought out with spacious lots, shrub barriers between lots so you are not right on top of your neighbor. Pool area was nice. The lot was lengthy but the location of the sewer drain was not convenient to our TT so we had to move it up quite a bit to empty our tanks. The sewer cap was missing with just a piece of it laying on the ground. It would've fallen in if it was placed on the pipe. I would think this would've been noticed by maintenance and addressed.

The facility is very well managed ! The staff is vert friendly !

Water pressure was poor and lack of internet forced an early checkout.

So honestly not bad resort. Speed bumps are kinda overkill. Completely not necessary. We had a late check in. No one provided us a gate code or even mention there was a gate code. We were stranded at the front. Lucky the exit was open and we entered there, but that was a dangerous option and one that should have never took place if proper communication occurred. Overall not bad. The bartender at the tiki hut was incredibly friendly and possibly the reason we will return to give this site another try. This feedback is honest. There is some opportunity for improvement. This is not meant to be negative.

Great staff. Very clean. For a busy weekend. They handled everything very well.

Resort was excellent. Very well maintained and the fireworks were great. Bands at the Tiki Bar were excellent as well. Looking forward to returning. Also staff were very friendly and helpful.

Didn’t enforce rules. Children were all over on motorized bikes, weaving in and out of traffic . Very few having helmets and many were barefoot or flip flops. Almost ran me over at one time, I had to get out of the way. The bikes were in and out of the tiki bar area, where they should not be.There were big dogs across the street from us that were untied , the whole time we were there. They were on a corner, so when I took my dog out, I had to go the other way, and when kids came by, they would come right out to the road. People using sprinklers, and pools in their driveways. The pool wasn’t big enough for the number of people there. All the staff were very friendly . I realize it was a holiday so there were more people than normal, however, we had to sign for these rules and none of them were enforced.

Cabin had mold and dirty outside. Only one trash bag underneath kitchen sink and stove hood light not working and flooring has areas that are uneven by bed

Beautiful camp ground resort. The cleanest place I have camped, anywhere. I will be back, Thankyou for the ground crew, restraunt, pool, and check in.

This is my favorite campground spent the weekend with my family, swimming, fishing and the Pizza there is really good. Everyone is always friendly, and the entire campground is always clean.

View are nice and we love the pool. We will love if you add some other activities in the lake. Kayaking for example.

We have stayed three times so far and everytime it has been a pleasure. Great large concrete pads, space between your neighbors, quiet and clean. And a great Tiki Bar! Also outstanding employees.

Canopy oaks is beautiful. We had a spot backed right up to the water, enjoyed sitting outside at night looking at the stars. Every member of their staff was friendly and made the entire experience very enjoyable! Can't wait to plan out next stay!
