Exactly as advertised , we all had a great time .

Pool wonderful just a little cold. Quiet and nice views. Nice staff.

The park is struggling. The pool, a major attraction, has a history of "breaking down" for days /weeks at a time. It is no less than 18 miles to anything and the food truck(s) don't show way to often. The only thing consistent is no- consistency. The staff is great and as accommodating as possible, all things considered.

First time camping here. Beautiful and very clean and neat property.

I would have given them 5 stars but the pool was not working.

Electrical box had to be repaired. We stayed here two years ago, and the resort was in much better condition. Check-in was very awkward, having to go into the clubhouse with no apparent parking. New staff hires did not seem to be aware of policies and procedures.. The grounds did not seem to be maintained very well and did not meet the standard previously seen.

The pool was not heated, the playground is pretty run down and one of the structures is pretty beat up and ended up giving our 2 yr old son a splinter. I would also recommend not staying too close to the tiki bar with young kids it's pretty loud if your trying to get the little ones to bed.

We had a great stay overall. Canopy Oaks is our resort of choice, and we’ve stayed here in the past as well. The campground is peaceful, clean, and well maintained, making it a relaxing place to enjoy the outdoors. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was comfortable enough that we extended our stay.

Always a wonderful place to camp. Everything is clean and maintatined!
