We always love Canopy Oaks for its clean, well-kept park and amenities. Very nice pool area. Sites are clean and spacious and the pink muhly grass was in bloom and gorgeous throughout the resort. The Tiki Bar bar is a high light as well.

Park has gone condo. Not the fun place it used to be. Very few amenities now. Billed as a Luxury RV Resort but has only a pool & Tiki Bar. NO activities for kids like they used to. Inflatable slides next to the pool haven't been used in ages (they are laying on the ground mildewing). Manager is often rude and unhelpful. WiFi is TERRIBLE. Maintenance has been cut way back. Rented 3 sites over Labor Day week. Two had major power issues requiring 'maintenance' to change out components. Manager closed the pool on Monday (Labor Day!!) because the pool guy wanted to shock it. Too bad because it used to be one of our favorite go to spots.
