Cancellation Policy

• Cancel your reservation 14 or more days prior to arrival and receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
• Cancel your reservation 8 - 13 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee.
• Cancel your reservation 3 - 7 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund minus a 50% processing fee.
• Cancel your reservation less than 3 days prior to arrival, No refunds. 
• We are happy to reschedule your reservation within the same season by contacting us in advance 7 days prior to arrival.
• Float Trips: You may re-schedule or cancel your float trip up to 2 days before your scheduled float trip. Any re-scheduling must be scheduled within the same season. No refunds are given due to weather, late arrival or members of your party that may not show up the day of the float.
