Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds due to weather unless you have purchased weather insurance online at the time of the initial online reservation. Weather insurance is ONLY offered when reserving online and not available if calling our office to reserve your stay. Weather Guarantee insurance is only available for camping reservations, not float trips. You must contact the office/leave a message letting us know you wish to use your weather guarantee. Also, please read the terms & conditions of your weather guarantee and follow their steps to ensure you are within their guarantee policy. This policy is a 3rd party policy offered, refunds due to weather must fall within their guidelines and contact them for refund.

Float Trips: No refunds will be given due to weather. We are happy to reschedule your float trip if you contact us within 2 days of your scheduled trip. No show & late arrivals (after 12:00pm) will not be able to float and will not receive a refund.
