In an effort to ensure fairness and consistency across all accounts, we will be strictly enforcing our rent payment policy moving forward. Effective immediately, the following terms will apply: *Rent is due on the 1st of each month. *A $50 late fee will be applied if rent is not paid by the 5th. *An additional $10 per day will be charged for each day the balance remains unpaid after the 5th. *Courtesy calls from our agents regarding late payments will no longer be made. *Guests with unpaid balances after the 5th will not be permitted on property until the account is brought current. *After two late payments, annual reservations are subject to termination.
