They closed the Waterpark at 6pm...too early.....especially when it was closed during the day for rain. Food prices very high. So many reckless kids on motor scooters

Checked in at the gate and was given the packet including campsite. When I arrived at the campsite it was occupied. We then spent 20 minutes waiting to find out what the issue was to be told I “went to the wrong site”. THW site I went to was the one on the packet I was handed. This has left a negative overall impression of this facility.

    Dear Annual Guests, We want to thank you for choosing to stay with us and for being a valued part of our community. In an effort to ensure fairness and consistency across all accounts, we will be strictly enforcing our rent payment policy moving forward. Effective immediately, the following terms will apply: *Rent is due on the 1st of each month. *A $50 late fee will be applied if rent is not paid by the 5th. *An additional $10 per day will be charged for each day the balance remains unpaid after the 5th. *Courtesy calls from our agents regarding late payments will no longer be made. *Guests with unpaid balances after the 5th will not be permitted on property until the account is brought current. *After two late payments, annual reservations are subject to termination. To avoid any issues or fees, we strongly encourage all long-term guests to place a valid credit or debit card on file and enroll in auto-draft payments to ensure payment is processed automatically on the 1st of each month.
