Our Guidelines and Rules:
Check in time Starts at 2 PM On RV And Tent Sites, 3 PM On All rental Accommodations. If you will be arriving after 7 PM, please call us at (603) 631-5753 to let us know. And if you find no one at the office when you arrive, please ring the doorbell on the porch post. Someone will answer it or come to the office shortly. Check out time for all guests Is 12 PM. Inquire at the office by 10am on the last morning if you would like a late check out. Late checkout is available if no one is scheduled to arrive later that day. Late checkout is $20 for tent sites, $35 for RV sites, and $50 for rental accommodations and the check-out time is 6 PM. If you would like an early check in (10 AM) on your arrival date, it is also available if no one is in your site that morning. The fee for early check in is $20 for tent sites, $35 for RV sites, and $50 for rental accommodations.
No one under 14 is permitted on the beach without parental supervision. Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of children in the campground and at the beach. Children under the age of 16 must observe a 9 PM curfew and return to their campsite. Please remember to be courteous: Our quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Your neighbors should not know you are here during these times! (lower your talking, turn down music, etc). Please do not allow anyone in your party to enter another occupied campsite at any time of day. SPEED LIMIT is 5 MPH for all vehicles that are in the campground. One vehicle per site. Max of 4 adults per site included in the base rate. Additional adults are $15 per night per person. We are pet friendly (for up to 2 pets) as long as you abide by our PET POLICY. All campers MUST come to the office to be checked in upon arrival. All visitors to our registered campers must check in at the office. There is a $10 fee per day per visitor for day visits if the stay is over 2 hours. Visitors visiting under 2 hours are free, but they still must check in at the office. Visitors can park in the guest parking area near the road or at the boat landing. If any additional parking is needed, Check with the office for approval. NO DOGS ALLOWED TO GO INTO BATHROOMS OR ONTO THE BEACH, Additional beach rules are posted near the office before entering the beach. Dogs may swim at the boat landing. Visitors wishing to stay overnight must register at the office and pay $20 per night overnight guest fee.
All accidents relating to damages to campground utilities are the responsibility of the registered guest and must be repaired by a licensed professional.
Campfires are permitted when state & local authorities allow and will be completely contained in assigned fire pit, under 2 feet in height and under 2 feet in diameter. Do not move fire pits. All fires are to be out when unsupervised or done for the night!!
The State of New Hampshire prohibits the entry of out-of-state firewood unless it has been certified heat-treated to 140° F (60° C) for 60 minutes and is clearly labeled with the name and address of the federal or state approved production facility.
Only Natural Firewood is allowed in our fire pits. Firewood must be contained inside each fire pit or fire ring. No trash of ANY kind is to be burned. We do encourage Recycling. Receptacles are near the dumpster. The dumpster is available near the road for your trash. That is for bagged household garbage only, take anything else home with you. No smoking allowed inside any rentals or buildings. Management reserves the right to evict any guests that damage property or in any way fails to comply with any and all rules with no refund. This includes but is not limited to, drunk and disorderly, illegal activity or as management deems necessary. Management/Cedar Pond Campground assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.
OHRV RULES:
There is to be NO RECREATIONAL RIDING AROUND THE CAMPGROUND ON ANY ATV AT ANY TIME. BE SURE TO "SLOW YOUR ROLL" WHEN ENTERING THE CAMPGROUND OFF THE 40 MPH ROADWAY-- 5MPH is the campground speed limit. Children under 16 are not permitted to operate any ATV inside the campground. Machines are not to be run during the campgrounds’ quiet hours. 10pm-7am. No disposal of fluids from any vehicle type is allowed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
15 Days or more prior to the start of your reservation, the cancellation fee is 10% of your total reservation plus the booking fee. These fees recoup our losses from the fees that we incur from our various booking service providers. If cancellation is 7-14 days in advance of the start of your reservation, the cancellation fee is 50% of your total reservation plus the booking fee. If cancellation is 0-6 days in advance of the start of your reservation, the cancellation fee is 75% of your total reservation plus the booking fee. This is due to it being last-minute, and with it being last-minute, we are unlikely to be able to re-book your site.
Holiday / Event Cancellations (Includes All site types)
The cancellation fee is 100% of all payments taken If the reservation is a holiday or event as specified by the campground. Dates currently considered “holiday/event” are: Memorial Day Weekend, July 4 weekend(s) (both weekends prior and after July 4 if the 4th occurs mid-week), Labor Day Weekend, Jericho ATV weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, and River Fire Weekend)
NO SHOW Cancellation- a reservation will be considered cancelled, with no refund given if you have not checked in by 11:00 am the day following your reservation date.
No Cancellations for weather conditions will be honored, regardless of timeframe.
Refund Policy-
If a refund is due, please allow 7-14 days for all refunds due to delays in refund processing. All refunds will be made via the original form of payment.
In lieu of a refund, guests have the option to apply the refund as a camp credit, which may be used immediately for future bookings. Please indicate your preference when a refund or credit becomes due.
Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or conditions beyond our control.
No refunds will be issued for early departure or last-minute changes to the details of your stay or guests.
No refunds will be Issued if Guest(s) is asked to leave the campground for any reason.
Cedar Pond Campground Pet Policy- (2 Pets Max)
· Do not leave your pets unattended while away from the campground.
· Make sure your pet stays within the confines of your site.
· Keep your pets on a leash no longer than 6’ at all times.
· Do not allow your pet to enter any other occupied campsites.
· Clean up after your pet in all areas of the campground.
· Do NOT allow your pet into bathrooms or to the beach.
· Remember manners, constant barking bothers other campers, if your pet is too vocal, you’ll need to find other accommodations.
· Good behavior is required, dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground along with their owners.
· When taking your pet for a walk, Do not allow your pet to enter any other campsites.
· Please have Vaccination Records available.
You are completely responsible for any damages your pet causes to the campground
Electronic Signatures: You agree that your electronic signature, whether digital or encrypted, is intended to authenticate the Terms and Conditions contained herein and to have the same force and effect as manual signatures. Delivery of a copy of this Agreement or any other document contemplated hereby bearing an original or electronic signature by email transmission in “portable document format” (“.pdf”) form, or by any other electronic means intended to preserve the original graphic and pictorial appearance of a document, will have the same effect as physical delivery of the paper document bearing an original or electronic signature.
INDEMNITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Customer shall indemnify and hold Owner harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and / or customer actions or inactions (or those of their invitees), or any other related to Customer’s use or occupation of the RV site and Campground regardless of whether such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the Campground parties.

Full Payment must be received 14 Days prior to reservation for all holiday, Rental or event reservations.

Camp Store
We have an increasing number of items in the camp store! We have all the basics, such as ATV trail maps ($15), ice ($3), premium hardwood firewood ($7 ea or 2 for $13), S’mores kits and sticks, soda and water, bug spray, fire starters, beach toys, charcoal and lighter fluid, toiletries, and so much more! So, before you run into town, check our store to see if we have it first! We are adding more items weekly, so what we didn’t have the last time you were here, might here now! If we do not have what you need, and that item is available at Walmart, we’d be happy to put in a delivery order for you, using our Walmart+ membership. They will deliver in as little as 3 hours. They just have a $50 minimum to deliver here. Note: we will add a 10% fee on top of your order for the campground.
Campground Merch!
We now have branded merchandise for sale, but because of the lack of space in the office/store, these items will be sold online. This also gives us the ability to customize your order to your taste. There are literally thousands of variants to choose from. Dozens of colors, sizes, and styles make your choices nearly endless! We have dozens of items in our store already, and we are adding more all the time! If you have ideas for an item you want to see, let us know, and we can probably make it happen! Boat Rentals
We have a canoe, a kayak, a paddle boat, and 2 inflatable kayaks available to rent. Paddles and life jackets are included with all rentals and are required for all passengers. There must always be someone over 18 on all crafts. All boats are $10 for 1 hour of use, $20 for 4 hours of use.
Weekly Events!
· Join us every Saturday night at 6 PM (weather permitting) for our community campfire at our large fire pit down on the beach! Everyone is invited to come down, get to know everyone, share stories, play beach games (yes, we have cornhole!), roast marshmallows, and enjoy our amazing lake and mountain views! We have charcoal grills down there to cook your favorite campfire meals. Seating is limited, so bring your own chairs. Also, bring your own charcoal (we have it for sale at our store), food, and/or drinks, as these are not provided.
· Sunday Football – Sundays, or any day our local team is playing for that matter, if the weather is nice, we’ll be gathering at our pavilion and screen house to watch the game. You are free to use the TV at the pavilion for any game or show that you can’t miss as well! We have a Fubo subscription, or you can log in to any other Roku app as well.
E-Gift Cards
We offer e-gift cards for those who want to give the gift of camping. They work electronically. You just need the recipient’s email address or texting phone number. Power/Water add-on for tent sites
We are now offering power and/or water as an add on to our tent sites! $15 per night each. The $15 per night power add-on gives you power at a tent site that doesn’t otherwise have it. It is in the form of a single 15 Amp outlet from a long heavy duty power cord connected to an outlet on another site. Bring your own power strip to get more than 1 outlet. The $15 per night water add-on gives you water at a tent site that doesn’t otherwise have it. It comes in the form of a long POTABLE water hose connected to a water connection at another location. In both cases, campground staff will run the cords and hoses to their source of power and water. Guests are not allowed to run their own power cords and water hoses to other sites!
Visitors/Guests
You are welcome to have up to 4 guests at a time visit your site. However, please check them in and out at the office, so that we know who is on the property. There are no guest fees for stays under 2 hours. For day visits longer than 2 hours, there is a $10 per guest per day fee. For more than 4 guests, there is a $10 per guest for the additional guests. For overnight stays, the guest fee is $20 per night per guest. All guests are welcome to use all amenities at the campground as if they were staying here, but they are ultimately the responsibility of the person hosting them.
ATV Rinse Station
We have an ATV rinse station set up next to the bath house on the top of the hill in the tent area. There is a $10 per ATV charge for this. To use it, come to the office to pay the fee, and we will give you the hose. The hose is equipped with a quick release connection for convenience. Please DO NOT use any detergents, soaps, or any chemicals of any kind. Do not rinse any part of your machine that will cause oils, grease, or fluids to fall onto the ground. This station is only for rinsing off mud and dirt after trail riding. Our well is downstream from this rinse station and could get contaminated by the chemicals.
Dump Station
We have a wastewater dump station on the property. If you need to use it, there is a $10 per camper fee for this service. Please pay at the office before dumping.
Parking of vehicles, ATVs, & trailers.
Please park as many of your vehicles and ATVs as possible within your site. If there is not enough room for it all, we have 3 designated areas for the overflow (see map). When using overflow parking, please use as little space as possible for your vehicles, as these designated areas need to serve all 33 sites on the property. On some weekends, we need every square foot of that space!
Beach Use
Our beach is open sunrise to sunset. Unless there are special events that take place beyond those hours. Every Saturday night, weather permitting, we have a community campfire at the fire pit on the beach. Everyone staying at the campground is welcome to join in! It is a great way to get to know your camping neighbors! Chairs are limited, so we suggest that you bring your own chair. Outside of the community fire, the fire pit is free to be used by anyone at any time. We also have charcoal grills and picnic tables available next to the fire pit, for those who want to enjoy a meal there. There are an assortment of beach toys and games in the totes next to the picnic tables. They are free to use, but please put everything back after using them! If you would like to use the cornhole boards, let us know, and we will retrieve them out of storage for you.
Pavilion and Screen house
Our pavilion and screen house next to the road are free to use any time. Lights come on automatically at dusk, and turn off at 10 PM. If you want the lights and power turned on outside these hours, let us know. There is a ROKU TV and/or a projector with a 150” screen available for use at the pavilion. The projector requires the use of your phone or tablet’s “screen share” feature. The projector will only work at night, as it is too dim for daylight use. See campground staff to use the projector.
Special Events
If you want to hold a gathering with more people than what your camp site will allow, our pavilion and beach can be reserved for exclusive use for these larger events. Please see management for details on fees and availability.

· Please keep all exterior lighting on your camper turned OFF when you are not outside your camper.
· Please do not allow anyone in your party to enter another occupied campsite at any time of day.

· Management reserves the right to evict any guests that damage property or in any way fail to comply with any and all rules with no refund. This includes but is not limited to, drunk and disorderly, illegal activity or as management deems necessary.
· Management/Cedar Pond Campground assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.

Special Rules for rental accommodations (cabin/camper rentals)
We have eliminated the security deposit on our rental units. In lieu of the security deposit, we reserve the right to charge the guest’s credit/debit card on file post-checkout for any damage or missing items from the unit you rented. We provide bed linens, towels, and kitchen supplies for all rentals with the understanding that these items are to be left in the rental unit at check out. For transparency, here are some of the charges that we may apply (including but not all) for missing and damaged items:
· Bed sheets - $50 per set
· Bed comforters/blankets - $50
· Bath towels - $25 per towel
· Hand towels, kitchen towels, and face cloths - $10 each
· Pots and pans - $25 per item
· Cooking utensils - $5 per item
· Silverware - $3 per item
· Grill/campfire lighters - $5 per lighter
· Damage to the camper or cabin due to negligence - $ cost to repair
Should the need arise for us to charge for these items, we will email you at the email address on record with an itemized list of charges (with photo evidence where applicable), and we will charge the credit/debit card on file for the total.
