Your site number is subject to change prior to arrival without notice; only the cottage type is guaranteed.
Payment: Full payment will be processed at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: permitted up to 30 days before your arrival. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your arrival, your payment, minus a $25 cancellation fee, will be returned to your credit card. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 30 days before check in.
Minimum Check In Age: The minimum age for a guest to check-in is 21 for Resort Cottages.
USE AT OWN RISK; INDEMNIFICATION: By making your booking, guests hereby waive, release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Summerhill Resorts Ltd. and any of its affiliates, contractors, present/former and future supervisors, staff, officers, employees, representatives, agents for any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, actions, suits or demands, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, by an individual of any age, or any corporation or other entity, for any and all loss, personal injury, accidents, real or personal property damage, theft, expenses (including legal fees, costs and other expenses for investigation and defense in connection with, among other proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, trial and appellate proceedings) or any other claim arising out of or in connection with the guests’ use of the rental property or any harm of any kind or nature arising out of, or in connection with, the participation in the use of any on site amenities or activities (meaning use of the amenities or engagement in any contest, game, function, exercise, competition, sport, events or other activity operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by Summerhill Resorts Ltd., its contractors or third parties authorized by Summerhill), by said patron, guest or other person, and any of his or her guests and any members of his or her family.
Check-in: Check-in time is 3:30 PM. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after office hours, please call the office at 705-324-9887 in advance so we can arrange for your welcome package, resort map, keys, and damage deposit collection.
Check-out: Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. Please ensure you have not left any personal belongings behind and complete your check-out at the office.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $300 will be pre-authorized to a credit card at check-in. The pre-authorization hold will be released at check-out; however, please be advised that it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be cleared by the credit card financial institution. In the unlikely event that guests willfully or negligently damage the property, the deposit will be withheld in full and applied to all repair and replacement costs. Should the costs exceed the deposit, the full cost will be applied to the pre-authorized credit card.
Key deposits: A gate pass will be required if you intend to leave and return to the resort after hours. A $100 fee will incur if the key to the Resort Cottage is lost, which would come off of the damage deposit.
Respect your Neighbor: We encourage a safe and respectful environment for your enjoyment and those around you. Abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and can result in eviction without refund. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests during this time
Campfires: Campfires must be attended at all times while lit. Please ensure fires are fully and safely extinguished before leaving the area.
Speed Limit: The speed limit throughout the park is 10 km/h. Please follow the posted speed limit at all times for everyone’s safety.
