Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Standard Cancellations

• 24+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund, minus a 5% cancellation fee.

• Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

• Guests who do not arrive for their reservation and fail to notify the resort ("No-Shows") will not be eligible for a refund. The entire reservation cost will be forfeited.

Important Notes:

• Early Departures: No refunds are given for early departures or "shortening" a stay once checked in.

• Weather Conditions: Cancellations due to weather follow the standard policy timeframes listed above.
