Quick Rules for Guests

Thank you for staying with us! These quick rules help ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Absolutely NO SMOKING IN CABINS! There will be a cleaning fee of $150.00 added to your bill.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In for RV Slots: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Call for early check in. 

  • Check out times for RV Slots 11:00 AM

  • Check-In for Cabins: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Call for early check in.

  • Check out times for Cabins 10:00AM A key drop box is available at the Clubhouse for your convenience

  • All Keys must be return upon departure. Any lost or unreturned key will result in a $10.00 replacement fee, which will add to your bill.
    Late departures and early arrivals are subject to availability and additional fees.
    All reservations must be made by an adult over the age of 18, with a valid ID displaying the guest's legal name. Accepted ID's include driver license, passport, or state issued ID card. ID is used only to confirm identity and prevent fraud. By booking, guests agree to provide accurate information and consent to this verification process. Cabin rental reservations must be a guest 21 years of age or older.

  • Gate Access Instructions:

  • Between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM, the gate is closed.

  • To enter, call (866) 927-6236 from the phone number used to make your reservation. The gate will open automatically.

  • If you are using a different phone, your gate code is the last 4 digits of your booking phone number.

If you need anything before your arrival, feel free to reach out.

  • All Guests must sign a participation and liability waiver prior to arrival. Guests who do not sign this waiver will not be permitted to stay at the resort.

  • Credit Card Surcharge: Please note, a 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions. Thank you for your understanding

Occupancy & Site Use

  • Registered guests only.

  • Maximum 6 occupants per RV site.

  • Guests may only occupy their assigned RV site or Cabin.

  • Use of vacant sites is not permitted.

  • All cabins' towels need to be put in shower floor area before departure.

  • All cabins' sheets and pillowcases need to be put in washer and started before departure.

  • Guest staying cabins need to load dishwasher and start before departure.

  • Campsites must be left in clean original condition upon departure.

  • No alterations can be made to camping sites or resort buildings.

Parking & Traffic

  • One RV, one vehicle, and one golf cart per site.

  • Vehicles may not be parked on grass or on the roadway.

  • Speed limit: 5 MPH.

  • One-way roads must be followed.

  • Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at owner's expense.

Golf Carts\Bicycles\Scooters

  • Only guests with valid driver's license may operate golf carts within the resort

  • Speed limits must be maintained. Management reserves the right to enforce rules and remove guests for violations without refund.

  • Use of golf carts, bicycles, and scooters is not permitted during quite hours.

Quiet Hours & Courtesy

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

  • Please be respectful of your neighbors. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

  • We kindly ask all children to be at their campsite by 10:00pm.

  • Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

  • Music and outside TV's must be kept within your site so as not to affect other campers.

Bathrooms & Showers

  • For registered guests only.

  • Please keep facilities clean.

Boat Ramp Access

  • Private ramp access for registered guests only.

  • No tents or glass.

  • Please remove all trash and belongings when leaving.

Pet Policy

  • Maximum 2 pets per site

  • Pets must be on a short leash at all times.

  • Pets may not be left unattended outside.

  • Owners must immediately clean up after pets.

  • $50 fee for pet waste violations.

Fire Safety & Prohibited Items

  • No campfires only in designated areas.

  • No pop-up tents and no canopies.

  • Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is prohibited in public areas and in front of the Welcome Center.

Conduct Guidelines

  • Obnoxious Behavior: including fighting, violent, or threatening actions, is not allowed and could result in removal from the resort.

  • Resort Safety: We want everyone to have a great time, so please respect the safety and well-being of others during your stay.

Trash Service

  • Dumpsters are located at the front of the park

  • All outside trash should be emptied daily to avoid wildlife access

Weather & Emergencies

  • Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions.

  • Weather-related refunds apply only with official evacuation orders.

  • In emergencies, call 911, then notify Resort management.

Important Notes

  • Resort is under 24-hour video monitoring.

  • Management reserves the right to enforce rules and remove guests for violations without refund.

  • All amenities are used at your own risk.
