● Management reserves the right to update or modify rules and policies at any time without prior notice.

  • We are glad to welcome you and ask only that you respect our park and guests. By making any booking, you are agreeing to abide by all park terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. You will be asked to end your stay if you do not abide by the park rules.

  • Circle Drive RV Park is a service-oriented business, therefore we do not have a tenant/landlord relationship with any guests.

  • Please note that we are an RV Park only and not a campground. There are no public showers or restrooms on site.

1. Reservations & Payment

* All reservations and payments will be handled via campspot.com.

*Late or declined payments will result in a $25 fee on the 5th day of the reservation and $5 per day after that.

2. Check-in & Check-out

* Check-out time is 11 AM. Check-in time is 2 PM.
* Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Contact management for requests.

* Site changes are not permitted. Please contact management if you need to inquire about a change.

3. Cancellations

* Cancellations 30+ days in advance: refund issued less a $10 cancellation fee

* Cancellations 14-30 days in advance: refund issued less a $25 cancellation fee

* Cancellations less than 14 days in advance: refund issued less a fee of one night’s stay

* Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in: no refunds, no exceptions

* No-shows or early departures are non-refundable with no exceptions.

4. Site Usage
* Guests must keep their site clean and free of all clutter. Please do not dispose of, empty or pour anything on your site other than water. No vehicles, mats, or pet waste are allowed on the grass. No clotheslines are allowed.

.* A $100 fee will be charged for any trash or debris left on your site after check-out.

* Washing RVs or vehicles is not permitted.

5. Noise and Conduct
* Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM daily. Please respect your neighbors. Refrain from engine idling.

* Disruptive or offensive behavior, including loud music, noise or alcohol-related disturbances, will not be tolerated. You will be given one warning, then be asked to leave with no refund.

6. Pets

* Your friendly indoor pets are welcome. There is a strict limit of 2 pets per site. Indoor cats only.
*Pit Bulls (also known as Staffordshire Terriers), Dobermans, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Chows, and Wolf hybrids are not allowed in the park at any time, NO EXCEPTIONS.

* Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outdoors. Pets may not be left unattended outside.

* Please do not leave pet food outside as it attracts other animals and insects.

* Guests are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a $25 fee.

* Please make sure your pet's shots are up to date.
* Aggressive pets or those that disturb other guests are not allowed. Please note that excessive barking or aggression of any kind will result in you being asked to remove the pet from the park.

7. RV Maintenance & Utilities
* Guests are responsible for proper hookups for electrical, water and sewer. Guests are also responsible for any damage to any of the hookups due to misuse.

* Please notify management immediately if you have any utility issues during your stay (water, sewer, electricity). Guests are NOT permitted to touch, inspect or work on any park power or electrical equipment per insurance and safety requirements. Violation of this rule will result in immediate ejection from the park without refund.

* Surge protectors are encouraged. The park is not responsible for damages caused by electrical surges.

* The water will be turned off when temperatures drop below freezing. Guests will be responsible for filling their onboard tanks, disconnecting their hoses and turning the hydrant off before freezing temperatures occur. Water will be turned back on as soon as temperatures are above freezing. Guests will be notified of these times.

8. Liability & Insurance
* Guests assume all risk for any loss or damage to their property. This includes any theft, vandalism, fire, accidents, or act of nature. Guests are responsible for carrying their own insurance to cover both RV and personal property. Guests are also required to have a fire extinguisher available in their RV.

* The park is not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal property.
* Guests are responsible for their own safety and must be vigilant for poisonous plants, harmful insects and dangerous animals.

9. Vehicles, Trailers, RVs and Parking
* The park reserves the right to refuse service based on RV appearance. RVs older than 10 years will need to submit a picture before making a reservation.

* No repairs or maintenance to RVs or vehicles are permitted on-site unless approved by management.

* ATVs, dirt bikes, motorcycles, go-carts and golf carts may not be used within the park.

* Inoperable vehicles are not allowed anywhere on the property.

* Construction or heavy equipment is not allowed anywhere on the property.

* Each paid reservation covers (1) RV per site and (1) vehicle per site. Extra vehicles must be approved by management due to limited parking spaces. If approved, extra vehicles will incur an additional charge. Please do not park on the grass, in other empty sites or in the roadway.

10. Trash
* Do not leave trash outside on site. Please tie trash bags completely closed and place all trash inside the dumpster. Be sure the dumpster is closed. Cat litter and cold ashes/charcoal must be bagged and placed in the dumpster. Break down any cardboard boxes before disposing of them.

* Do not dispose of bulk or construction items, wires, tires, oil, or any chemical or toxic wastes in our dumpster. Household trash only.

* The dumpster is for registered guests use only.

11. Safety, Security and Prohibited Activities
* The park speed limit is 5 mph and the road is a one-way. This is in place to keep you, your children and pets safe. Exceeding the speed limit will result in one warning after which you will be asked to leave. The safety of our guests is our top priority.

* Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please go over campground etiquette with children.
* Open fires are not permitted in the park. Grilling is allowed on the gravel at your spot only, away from trees. Violaters will be asked to leave and charged a $100 fee. Any cold coals or ashes from grilling need to be disposed of in the dumpster in a trash bag before checkout. Do not dump ashes on the ground.

* Fireworks (including sparklers, firecrackers, smoke bombs, etc.) are not allowed in the park.

* Firearm use is strictly prohibited in our park. This applies to all guns including air soft, paintball, BB, and pellet guns. These items are not to be seen outside of your RV, and violaters will be asked to leave with no refund.

* Alcohol is allowed only at your campsite and must be in discreet containers. Disorderly conduct, public intoxication, profanity or violence will result in guests being asked to leave with no refund.

* We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs. Suspected use or possesion will result in guests being asked to leave with no refund.

* Subleasing or subrenting is strictly prohibited. Circle Drive RV Park will not be responsible for issues arising from any unauthorized guests. Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in guests being asked to leave with no refund.

12. Compliance
* Your paid reservation constitutes acceptance of all RV park rules, terms and conditions.

* Failure to comply with any park rule may result in guest being asked to leave the park without refund. This includes any visitors you may have.

* No credit or refunds will be issued for conditions or discomforts related to acts of nature.

* All cancellations must be submitted via campspot.com
