Refund Policy

All Reservations:

-No refunds for cancelations within 90 days of reservation.

-Refunds require a written notice at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, at which time there is a $50 processing fee on all cancellations.

-No refunds for early departure.

-All rates are subject to change without notice.

-Specific sites are NOT guaranteed, we will do our best to assign the site of your choice, however that may not be possible.
