It is a permanent residence (trailer park) that is nice and allows a few RV’s on unused lots, but they have amenities to offer We were having issues with our water system and expected to use a clubhouse to shower but none was available We should have booked elsewhere but other parks had minimum stays and we were only there 2 nights Otherwise everyone was friendly.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon in the rain. Kirby helped us settle in as the office was closed. Great pools, hot tub and people. We never did get a key fob for the laundry and weights room. A resident told us the key code to use. We are wanting to come back 3 more times in 2026 but getting a hold of anyone is difficult.
