Quiet and easy to manage

Staying in the middle of a Modular Home Park.

Pulled in Thursday night and out Sunday Morning. Community was friendly and helpful. We had no issues at all.

Silent, secure, clean, every one friendly, great swimming pools and hot tub. It was so pleasant there we highly recommend this hideaway.

This is a mobile home park with permanently placed homes. Our spot was an empty lot surrounded by five permanent mobile homes. We had a difficult time finding where to go and there was no office staff available to help. Never did hear from the staff, after leaving voice messages, during our five day stay. There’s a club house open during office hours but no restrooms or showers available when the club house was closed. Most unusual place we have ever parked our trailer. Would not go back.

Nice clean place and quiet.

Customer support is nonexistent. No one answers the phone and phone messages are not returned. The space I reserved was occupied so I stayed in another site hoping I wouldn’t get a knock on the door in the middle of the night. Sights are very small.

Citrus Gardens was a great place for us to stay. We were there with family for hiking and the Superstition Mts weren’t very far away. All of the regular residents we encountered in our walks around were friendly & engaged us in conversation. Beautiful palms & a heated pool and hot tub were very welcome after a day of hiking.

We got there after hours, at around 5 or 6pm and an old trailer was in our spot that had clearly been there for a long time. It wasn't going anywhere any time soon. I even took pictures. The office was closed and there was no way to get a different spot. There is no camp host either. This is more for long term stays and they don't seem equipped to handle people on vacation. Things were run down and didn't justify the price even if the spot that we paid for was open. I don't actually understand why they have their property listed in Campspot. Skip this place and go somewhere else.

This is a 55+ manufactured home neighborhood with a few RV spots. Fairly quiet, easy to access. Just about everything is 30 min away (hikes, City exploring, etc.). The neighbors that interacted with us were nice, but this isn't a campground where you get to know your neighbors. We didn't use the pool. Did use the water refill and only the $0.50/gallon option works (the button for $2.50/5 gallons wouldn't work). Construction vehicles were parked next to us and most week days of our stay were being (loudly) hooked up and moved between 6:30-7:30 am. Security gates are being installed, and the exit is being narrowed (already showing signs of people cutting the new sidewalk corner). The staff I interacted with were super sweet. Overall, low cost, no-frills option for visiting the greater Phoenix area.

It is a permanent residence (trailer park) that is nice and allows a few RV’s on unused lots, but they have amenities to offer We were having issues with our water system and expected to use a clubhouse to shower but none was available We should have booked elsewhere but other parks had minimum stays and we were only there 2 nights Otherwise everyone was friendly.

Great location and clean facilities!!

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon in the rain. Kirby helped us settle in as the office was closed. Great pools, hot tub and people. We never did get a key fob for the laundry and weights room. A resident told us the key code to use. We are wanting to come back 3 more times in 2026 but getting a hold of anyone is difficult.
