Nice resort friendly staff very peaceful

We stayed at your campground from May 21 through June 21 and would like to share our feedback. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but the condition of many facilities was disappointing. The restroom buildings are in very outdated condition. The toilets are extremely old, many flush poorly, and some do not function properly at all. In one of the restroom buildings, there was no lighting whatsoever, which meant guests had to use the facilities in the dark. In addition, some of the toilets were loose and moved noticeably when sitting on them. In our opinion, the restroom facilities do not simply need minor repairs—they require a complete renovation and replacement of the existing fixtures. More generally, much of the campground infrastructure appears outdated and in need of significant upgrades. We were also disappointed by the limited recreational activities available for guests. The swimming pool was dirty, and the lounge chairs around it were old and unkempt. It appeared that they had not been cleaned for a very long time. The hot tub was also not clean. In addition, we were surprised by the rule prohibiting children from using the hot tub even when accompanied by their parents. What was especially surprising is that the property is marketed as a resort. Unfortunately, because of the outdated facilities, aging infrastructure, and overall condition of the amenities, it does not meet the standard that most guests would expect from a resort. We hope our feedback will be taken constructively and help improve the experience for future guests.

We really loved staying here at Colorado Heights! The area has a lot of tall trees and plenty of shade. I enjoyed fishing at their trout pond and ended up cooking the large trout for dinner one night. Everyone is very friendly at Colorado Heights, both staff and other campers. Pet friendly, I would definitely recommend staying here! The only knock was the WIFI did not work which caused my wife to stress out because she needed to work remotely.

The campground is nice, but we were out in a spot near all the stored campers which wasn't so nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The park is very clean. Our only downside is the tight maneuvering of trees to get in. The road to the site was very narrow!

The campground was clean, organized, and the staff was great. We used the game room, and it made for a great Saturday afternoon!

All amenities that were offered-were closed and unusable and it is a total RV storage lot. You charge full rate but offer none of the amenities. The place is totally run down.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort has a lot of activities for families and adults. We didn't participate in all amenities, but it was nice to see that they had them available.
