Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

To keep our rates competitive, for weekly and monthly guests, we cannot issue partial refunds for any unused time. We may issue a refund with 72 hours' notice or in the event of an emergency.

• Cancellation notice provided at least 72 hours in advance of reservation date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellation notice provided less than 72 hours in advance of reservation date will receive NO refund.
• No Shows and cancellations after arrival receive NO refund.
