Columbia Cove RV Park Rules & Policies 

Welcome to the Columbia Cove RV Park. We hope you enjoy your stay with us here on the beautiful Columbia River. To keep the RV Park enjoyable for all of our guests, please abide by the following rules.

 

Check-In/Check-Out: 

Check-In Time: 2:00 PM 

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM 

General: 

  1. Campers use the facility (RV Park) at their own risk. The Columbia Cove RV Park and the City of Brewster are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property or for injuries to persons.
  2. The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
  3. A maximum of 5 people total allowed at a site at any given time.
  4. Visitors are welcome to visit you at the park until 10pm. Visitor parking is permitted in the single car parking area on the west side of the swimming pool fence.
  5. Do not park your extra vehicle, truck and/or boat trailer in any empty RV spaces. Additional parking areas are marked on the RV Park map. There are specifically designated areas for single car parking and parking for trucks towing boats. DO NOT PARK SINGLE VEHICLES IN THE AREA MARKED FOR TRUCK WITH BOAT TRAILER PARKING. DO NOT block the drive through area with any part of your camper or vehicle.
  6. ABSOLUTELY no parking of any vehicle/trailer on the grass. There are sprinkler heads in the grass. If you drive over and damage them, you will be charged for their replacement. Any damage to the water supply, power supply or sewer connection due to camper/renter negligence will be charged for repair.
  7. Dry camping (no services) is available at the Middle School parking lot between the soccer field and the grade school/middle school for $19.
  8. NO Overnight camping in the boat launch or west cove area. This is strictly prohibited and enforced.
  9. Rental payments are due and payable upon check in. Failure to pay for your space will result in your immediate eviction/removal from the park. The person listed on the reservation is the person responsible for the site as well as payment. THERE IS NO SUBLETTING OF ANY SPACES.
  10. CHECK OUT IS 11 AM. Vehicles left in unpaid RV Park spaces for more than 24 hours after check-out time will be towed at the owner's expense.
  11. RV Park restrooms/showers and laundry facilities are for RV Park customers ONLY. All doors require a coded entry that will be given to you upon check in. DO NOT GIVE THIS CODE OUT TO ANYONE. The laundry fee is $20 per stay/month.
  12. Smoking, vaping, hair dye and pets are not allowed in the restrooms.
  13. DO NOT launder anything containing oil, tar, grease, combustibles, or excessive pet hair as this will damage the machines.
  14. Campfires are NOT allowed in any Brewster City Park or Columbia Cove RV Park.
  15. Portable propane fire pits, barbeques and camp stoves are permitted.
  16. Trees, fences and utility standards must be kept free of all ropes, lines, electrical cords and pet leashes at all times.
  17. Use of appliances or other electronics that need more amps than are available at your site could lead to damage to your property, the property of other campers or to the RV Park. Any damages that result will be your responsibility. 
  18. To keep our environment clean, DO NOT perform any vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, in the RV Park. 
  19. Upon departure, please be sure to place both the cap and cover back on the sewer dump station/connector at the site. A sewer line connector/adaptor is REQUIRED for your sewer line hose.
  20. A garbage dumpster is provided for your convenience. Please keep your space neat and clean. Household/camping debris only. NO mattresses. NO appliances. ABSOLUTELY NO FISH OR FISH CARCASSES. If you are caught putting fish and/or fish carcasses in the dumpster, you WILL be asked to leave the RV Park IMMEDIATELY and NO REFUND FOR UNUSED TIME WILL BE GIVEN.
  21. Our lawns are watered daily. DO NOT place any items on the grass that cannot get wet. Remember to close the windows on your RV. NO TENTS. MATS AND RUGS OF ANY MATERIAL OR SIZE ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE GRASS.
  22. Alcohol is allowed within your designated campsite for use by campers that are at least 21 years of age. Sites with MINORS in possession of alcohol with be reported to the Brewster Police Department.
  23. It is unlawful to open a package containing marijuana, useable marijuana, marijuana-infused products, or marijuana concentrates or consume marijuana, useable marijuana, marijuana-infused products or marijuana concentrates in view of the general public or in a public place - RCW 69.50.445.
  24. Campers who elect to stay at the RV Park during the late fall, winter, or any other period with sub-freezing temperatures, are solely responsible for taping and/or insulating the water and sewer lines and connections for their campers or vehicles to prevent freezing. The City is NOT RESPONSIBLE for water/sewer unavailability due to frozen pipes or improper connections. The City is also not responsible for any damages to persons or property resulting from a campers' failure to property tape or insulate their water or sewer lines or connections.

Pet Policy: 

  1. DOGS are welcome, however - PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET.
  2. City Ordinance also requires that all dogs be leashed or kenneled when outside your RV and they are not to be left unattended, allowed to roam or be a nuisance to other campers and all complaints are taken seriously.
  3. There are specific licensing requirements for Pit Bulls - contact City Hall for info.
  4. There is a 3 pet limit in the park.

Quiet Hours: 

  1. QUIET HOURS are from 10pm to 7am.
  2. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
  3. All outdoor music, video and conversations must be finished by 10pm.
  4. Any noise complaints, including but not limited to those from surrounding campsites, may result in eviction.

Safety: 

  1. Actions by any person (as determined by Park or City staff) of any nature which may be dangerous, creates a health & safety problem, or disturbs others is NOT permitted which includes, but not limited to, any act involving a weapon, any type of perceived domestic violence, disturbing or excessive noise, intoxication, underage drinking, threatening, fighting, immoral or illegal conduct, profanity, abusive language or conduct.
  2. Any persons engaged in any of these activities may be reported to the Brewster Police Department and may also be evicted from the Columbia Cove RV Park.
  3. In case of an emergency: IF YOU OBSERVE SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY WITHIN THE RV PARK, OR IN ANY OF THE CITY PARKS, PLEASE CALL 911.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

To keep our rates competitive, for weekly and monthly guests, we cannot issue partial refunds for any unused time. We may issue a refund with 72 hours' notice or in the event of an emergency.

  • Cancellation notice provided at least 72 hours in advance of reservation date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation notice provided less than 72 hours in advance of reservation date will receive NO refund.
  • No Shows and cancellations after arrival receive NO refund.

Indemnification/Hold Harmless:

Guest (also referred to herein as "camper") agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City of Brewster, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers from and against any and all claims, suits, actions or liabilities (including, without limitation, court costs, attorneys' fees) for injury or death of any person, or for loss or damage to property arising out of or related to this Agreement, any actions of Guests or from any violation of the RV Park Rules and Policies. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANY PERSON VIOLATING THESE RULES TO LEAVE THE PREMESIS. If you are asked to leave, no refund will be given.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE ABOVE RULES AND POLICIES AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES, POLICIES AND CONDITIONS AS ESTABLISHED.
