The campground host was very difficult to work with. My original reservation needed to be moved forward 1 day due to vehicle issues we had. I called the number listed in Campspot and left a voicemail message with the desired change. Patches never called me back so I called again the day we were to arrive she answered the phone and I asked again to advance my stay by a day. She asked me to text the information to her because she needed to check with her manager and she would get back to me. I never heard from her so I checked the Campspot website and my reservation was advanced 2 days. I called and left a voicemail explaining what I found on the website asking her to call me.She never called so I sent a text indicating we would be arriving between 1pm & 3 pm and I hoped she had a spot for us. The morning we were supposed to arrive I checked the Campspot website and found my reservation was correct. Why so many calls and texts had to be made indicates a lack of concern in my opinion. The campgrounds did not appear as the pictures listed on Campspot. Very little grass here the RV spots are. The noise from vehicles crossing the bridge into the campground is very loud due to the materials of the bridge. It sounds like a train trusses bridge even if the vehicle is a motorcycle or small car like the one the campground host drove across. Park as far away from that bridge as possible!
