Park really needs to close the gates in the evening hours because it’s not a safe neighborhood. Park hosts are very hard to get ahold of. And their sewer dumps are pretty much full, they need to be emptied. We did however love the convenience to the midtown and downtown areas and the nice grassy and shaded areas with the big trees for our pups.

No toilet paper or hand soap in bathroom. Too many cats. I appreciated the shady spot and concrete pad and close proximity to where I was going while I was in Phoenix. Never once saw a manager or camp host. The pool was run down and did not look anything like the picture.

The stay was satisfactory over all. However our pitch was not kept clear for us on arrival and we had to ask the car's owner to move it out.

Hard to find, old service equipment and very bad neighborhood.

Checked in online and when we arrived at 2pm in a Saturday there was no one available at the office. No packet with helpful info or anything. There were phone numbers posted on the office door, but no one answered when called. We were not provided any information regarding Wi-Fi or the code for the locked bathrooms, laundry room or pool. After leaving messages, we received a call back several hours later providing the code for the pool and the bathroom. We received a text the day after we checked in providing the Wi-Fi information. We stayed for three nights and the entire time we were there we did not see one employee. While the facilities were fine I was disappointed with the lack of availability of any staff and the noise level outside was pretty rough. It is right next to the freeway, so freeway noise is heard all day and night. There was a garbage can outside of our spot, but we were not told if we were allowed to use that or when garbage pick up day was. Most people that were staying at the park seemed to be long-term residence. I thought it was interesting that the rules of the camp ground state that no RVs older than 15 years would be allowed, but we were parked right next to a very old schoolie tha looked like it had not moved in years.

Clean, quiet, they responded fast

When we arrived our camp spot was occupied by someone else. Calls to the office went unanswered. We ended up having to find somewhere else to stay which was a nightmare. I emailed them the next day and that email has still gone unanswered as of my writing this.

Thank goodness for a kind neighbor who assisted us after hours as the office was closed upon arrival. Within the check-in link, I never received a space number or instructions to assist us upon arrival. The community showers were cold and proper shower curtains missing allowing for messes in the shower. The area was not the best either.

Many reviews mention the poor location, I’m not concerned with that, you can clearly see on a map what you’re in for there so it’s a non issue for me. I do, however, wish I’d listened to other reviews in regards to other things. There are stray cats everywhere that need veterinary attention. When I asked about laundry the woman had NO idea how the machines work (you can use an app or quarters for future guests, $3 per cycle is steep) so I went and got a bunch of quarters I didn’t need. I was promised a spot and upon arrival the office was empty. I was placed in an “overflow” spot because my original space had an issue with the water, the overflow spots are on not spots, it’s basically street parking within the park, two of which are RIGHT in front of the bathroom/laundry room. This morning I had a note on my door to pick up after my pets (which I do diligently, I have a poop bag dispenser on their leashes) but it sounds like they expect us to clean up after the stray cats too - which I HAVE DONE. They offer trash pickup but because I’m in an “overflow” space I don’t get one? Cool… overflow should equal drastic discount. Would never recommend.

The good things about this rv park is that our campsite was clean, they had all the hookups, and Jess was super nice and easy to work with. The bad things was the bathrooms, the pools, and the upkeep of the facilities. When we arrived there was water leaking for somewhere and it was not fixed until later in the evening, the bathrooms were the worst part. The door locks were broken, only one shower worked in one bathroom, and they were absolutely disgusting, they very obviously don't get cleaned, and there was no toilet paper, hand soap, or towels. The pool also had no upkeep, it was also very gross, cold, and there was sand everywhere from the broken sand bags that were meant to hold down the umbrellas. Despite this, Jess, who was our main person of contact for the rv park was very nice and answered any questions we had.

Your sewer system did not work. When we went to empty our system it went all over. We talked to a neighbor and tried another drain and it did the same. We left messages with the manager and never got a call back. We were never given the codes for the pool or showers. Behind us was an old rig that was not drivable and had a tarp over the window. We have stayed 3 years in a row. This place has turned into a pit.

The park looks a bit tired, showers not working at all. A lot of homeless people near the entrance and there are no gates (they didn’t appear to come into the park) Staff helpful and friendly.

The manager was unreachable, there was a pick up parked across our space and the owner was out of town. If it hadn’t been for the very nice woman next door who was able to find keys and move the truck we would have been screwed. The electric box had circuit breakers in very poor condition, the water hook up ran brown water for a few seconds and looked rusty. An overall terrible experience

I gave two stars because the residents of this park are outstandingly friendly and helpful. As far as the actual RV park, I would have given 1 star. First, the park is in the middle of a sketchy neighborhood, by a highway, traffic noise, homeless everywhere, can't go for walks; second, there hasn't been management there for months, the mail was overflowing onto the floor outside of the office, no person to direct you, help you park, etc.; third, the dog waste receptacles were overflowing. The residents were my only saving grace, the park is lucky to have them there.
