Another short-term site, (#16, pictured) Can accommodate 40' more comfortably. Our third Short-Term site, (#40) has a shorter concrete patio but can still fit a 34' unit. They do not have concrete pads but have 30 Amp, water and sewer. Free WiFi that actually works and access to onsite laundry, showers and mailboxes. They have the lowest discounted rates. No toilet paper or hand soap in bathroom. Too many cats. I appreciated the shady spot and concrete pad and close proximity to where I was going while I was in Phoenix. Never once saw a manager or camp host. The pool was run down and did not look anything like the picture.

The stay was satisfactory over all. However our pitch was not kept clear for us on arrival and we had to ask the car's owner to move it out.
