When we arrived our camp spot was occupied by someone else. Calls to the office went unanswered. We ended up having to find somewhere else to stay which was a nightmare. I emailed them the next day and that email has still gone unanswered as of my writing this.

Thank goodness for a kind neighbor who assisted us after hours as the office was closed upon arrival. Within the check-in link, I never received a space number or instructions to assist us upon arrival. The community showers were cold and proper shower curtains missing allowing for messes in the shower. The area was not the best either.
