Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation date will receive a full refund

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation date may be non-refundable.

• No-shows will not receive a refund.

• Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.

• The Fairgrounds may make exceptions in cases of severe weather or other circumstances at the Fairgrounds’ discretion.
