Sites are shaded with good space between each site. Nice walking path around the lake. Lots of amenities for families. The zoo was adorable and well worth the dollar to get in. We'd totally go back again.

There are some things I could list that would make it a 5 star place. Fix the internet down in the campsites, it is advertised but not working. I am not speaking from a heavy internet surfer but from a safety standpoint. Cell service using both ATT or Verizon are very poor down in the campsites and if you go in a bathhouse you can forget it. Having good internet service would allow internet calling and provide campers with weather alerts. We were caught off guard and a bad thunderstorm came up and damaged our awning, if I could have accessed some weather data maybe we would have been more prepared. Good luck if you had to call 911 down in the campsites, it might connect it might not. 2 other items, there is a water leak in middle of the road as soon as you enter the camper section it’s coned off but every camper has to maneuver around it, horrible first impression. Lastly, my wife came back to the camper and said the woman’s part of the bathhouse has a lighting timer set to go off in 4 mins. It is very alarming for women using the bathhouse for the lights to go off while they are in there. Easy fix, should be done..!! Just seems like the campground needs some attention and I would give it a 5 star..!!

Great Family Campsite with lots of affordable family fun just over the bridge from our site! Super glad we stopped here! Highly recommend!

Nice size sites with a lot of room between sites. Grounds are well maintained, bath house is clean and in good condition. Friendly staff and always willing to help.
