Refund Policy

RV Sites Monthly:

Seasonal: $500.00 non-refundable ( Oct thru April) 5 or 6 month, deposit made upon reservation.

Feb thru March: $300.00 non-refundable, to be made upon reservation.

April thru Sept.: $100.00 - 50% refundable if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival

Oct. thru Jan. : $200.00 - 50% refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival

Electric Deposit - $200.00 - collected upon arrival - applied to final electric and balance refundable.

RV Sites Daily:

Non-Events: Reservation required deposit of 1 night stay, loss of deposit if cancelled within 48 hours, prior to 48 hours refund issued less a $20.00 cancellation fee.

Events or any Reservation that includes an event:

Reservation requires deposit of 2 nights stay, balance to be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. If cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to arrival loss of 1 night stay, prior to 30 days customer will be issued refund less $40.00 cancellation fee.
